Order 2 of the exact same thing & get home & find chicken fingers & 2 pc. Instead of throwing the food out of the window let's make sure what you're giving out is the CORRECT ORDER!!!! Now a Easter of gas & time to go get my order...don't use.tgus location..... NEED MORE TRAINING... EVERYONE JUST WALKING AROUND RUNNING INTO EACH OTHER & CANT GET IT RIGHT. SMH
Avoid this place at any cost! I ordered online and picked it up at the store. There was a fly in the bag when they gave it to me. I'm not sure how long the fly has been in the bag along with my food. It's really disgusting. I told the guy who worked at the store but he doesn't speak English so he doesn't even understand what fly means. It seems that most folks who work there don't speak English, so it's really difficult to communicate with them. I would never come back to this place.
Went to this location to pick up a mobile order i placed. Got home and realized I had two items missing. One of two large fries and regular red beans and rice. Called the location three times and no one ever answered.
Food is okay but my biggest problem with this store is that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I wanted to see about modifying what was in my 8 piece box ordered on Doordash but even after 30 rings no pne answered. This is a common theme and has happened multiple times. If you aren't going to accept changes on Doordash then at least answer your phone so people can talk to someone. Very irritating...
Love the popeyes on crystal falls. They don't give condiments automatically so you have to ask. Other than that. Great

Went in for the big box combo paid 8 dollars for fries and 2 pieces of chicken. This is during a water advisory they gave me a bottle water (hill country fair) didn’t get my rice. During this time if your not going to have my full order don’t charge as if it’s a full order.

Biscuits $1 now? Your new containers and portions are a joke. Typical capitalism- raise your prices, less portions and poor quality. Congratulations, you're on your way out of business.
Failure. The ordering process was complicated by the order clerk, who spoke only broken English. No worker inside was wearing a mask. The tea was not unsweetened as we had ordered. The chicken sandwiches were small and greasy. This is not a location that I will visit in the future.
