If you see a line don't get in it, you will be stuck in it for 45 mins, just like I was!! I had a mobile order so I had no choice but the bear it, and waste 45 mins of my percious time, which I have none to spare!! When I finally got to the window the person at the wondow was yawning with her hand over her mouth, not a bit concerned the there was a 45 min wait!!!!! Nobody seem concerned this isn't fast food its slowwww as Christmas food!!!
This right here is literally the WORST POPEYES IN TH WHOLE CITY OF ATX. They constantly locking the doors and will not let clients in (the lobby hours are still to be open until 8pm). The staff is lazy, rude, unjust, don't care, SLOWER THAN A SLUG. You would literally be in the line LONGER than 30 MINS just to get some chicken. Awwww and the love to get an attitude with you when u finally received ur order but ur checking it at the window because they took 25 years just to do there JOBS!!!!! The orders are always WRONG and steady talking about ppl and acting so GHETTO!!!!!!! This place of mess needs to be SHUT DOWN and NO they are NEVER CLEAN if you have the chance to get inside IF they unlock the DOORS.. ps.. some times they keep the doors locked ALL DAY

Beware, this place will short you on chicken pieces. I just grabbed lunch from the drive through and ordered the 5 piece chicken strips. Got back to my office and found they only gave me the 3 piece. This is the second time this has happened here. Make sure you check your order before leaving the window. Don't feel pressured to hurry and leave.
Let it be known that this is the one and only review I've ever written. This place will get your order wrong, 100% of the time. I have been there at least a dozen times and not once was my order either correct or fulfilled with all the items. I keep going because the food is still delicious hence the three stars instead of two or one. But dang, it's almost a game at this point. I just wonder how they will screw up my order next time.
Definitely a vise of mine XD as a health nut i try to steer away but a solid cheat day meal. Love the spicy chicken and the red beans and rice is still delicious and my favorite
Literally skip this place if you can.Team members are rude.Food takes forever.Cashier guy kept huffing and puffing at every mistake he made because he wasn’t being attentive m.took 30+ Minutes to get a single chicken sandwich.Same lady came back 3 times while I waited because her order was wrong.
Today. Terrible customer service experience. Did not get my Chocolate chip cookies. The chicken smaller than ever.
