I ordered 18 pieces of dark meat. A box of fries, mash potatoes and 6 biscuits. I asked the cashier that I was paying that if my order was right and if I was wrong I'll drive around and head in there. It was wrong. I only received the chicken and fries.. I paid for the full amount I ordered. The cashier thought he was slick as I watched him throw my receipt away. I'm seeing red, I go inside and get 6 biscuits forgetting about the mash potatoes myself. I head home and realize that they only gave me 8 of the 18 pieces I've ordered....... Also don't bother calling their phone line.Ps.This Popeyes intentionally threw away my receipt after being questioned. Shorted me 10 pieces of chicken. I argued with staff about if 6 biscuits were mine or not. And also didn't give me my mash potatoes.
THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION RECYCLE FOOD!!! I don't know how best to describe the practice of taking back someone's order then giving it to another customer. If they get your order wrong and you complain, they will take your food back and give it to the next customer. Mix it into whatever they order. They get ALOT of orders wrong. I've never seen any food establishment operate this way it seems to be unique to this particular location; specifically the night crew
This restaurant is a hot mess. It's like the screen for the least customer friendly folk and hire them for the front counter/drive through. I feel strongly that when placing an order if I don't want breast in my $21.99 order then I don't "have to have breast" in the order. I'm done. The one good thing about gentrification is that maybe they'll higher people suited for customer interaction.
Order was messed up.Cashier refused to acknowledge the coupon I had on the Popeyes appFries were undercooked, no crunch in them at all.Ask for ranch and blackened ranch sauce but didn't get any.Requested no pickles on my sandwich, but my sandwich had pickles in them. Chicken itself in the sandwich had no crunch to it.Chicken nuggets were extremely dry.
I haven't been to the Cameron rd location in awhile. But all workers were on their A-Game. Food was fresh and the workers were polite. I will be visiting you guys again.
Went to this location as it was closest to my work. Was in a hurry so went they drive-thru. Decided to treat myself to an apple pie. Got my food and left. Not only did I NOT get the apple pie I paid for but they did not provide a receipt either. So I got screwed out of $3 and no apple pie. Will NEVER go back to that location!!!!! They were also out of Dr. Pepper. The Lemonade was pretty watery.
Ordered a 3 pc meal & got chicken tenders ... I mean if you're aren't gonna serve people the right order or provide the service, why are you open ? ? ?
Just went through the drive-thru to get a chicken sandwich meal and got given a fish sandwich meal which i don't eat fish, try to call the store and no one ever answers
They are ok. I come here all the time, sometimes they close early and sometimes they give you the regular mac and cheese when I want the home style mac and cheese but there sweet tea is always fresh and the chicken is always good and if a piece is extra small like a wing they usually give you an extra piece.
Walked into this establishment for the first time because I had been craving to try the new $6 box meal. However the fist thing I saw was no one in the lobby but the tables were dirty. One employee was standing near the drive through window doing nothing. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and their wasn't any soap or paper towels. I chose not to order there because this is obviously a very dirty and unsanitary place.
