Not only was my order canceled because the store closed before the store operating hours that were posted, but the staff was combative and had my order sitting on the counter. I could see it with my name on the receipt and I overheard them talking about my order and whether or not they wanted to give it to me. This is egregious and I cannot believe you have a 18 year old manager that doesn’t know how to operate the Togo system or explain things correctly working behind that counter. This is the second time this is happened to me at this location and I had to travel 15 minutes out of my way just to be talked down to buy a teenager and walk away hungry.

The owner or manager needs to go through some customer service training. I was spoken to so rudely and talked down to in front of my daughter all because the manager at the window didn't think I was quick enough to spit out why I was there. I highly suggest going to an entirely different Popeyes because going here. Unless you enjoy being belittled having your food crammed through your window. And to top it off he was so mad that he gave me the entire wrong order and forgot to get out drinks.

4 of the 5 things on my order were completely wrong. I paid $10 for the worst looking chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life. I’m not one to complain really, but this is just sad..

Completely incompetent. Gave my Uber eats order to the wrong driver and when my driver got there they just said oops oh well and didn’t remake it. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Ordered online. They couldn't find my order at first, but when I eventually got my order it had the wrong side and the sandwich lacked any pickles and very light dressing...not worth the drive

I got a mobile order, I asked for 3 extra items, and all my 3 items were missing on my order.i have been calling the store and no answer at all. Then I called the District manager Mrs Villanueva and no answer either. This is not professional.

I honestly didn't know anything about Popeyes until I was 13 years old and living on Air Force Base. I had lived outside of the United States long enough to not see what the new fast food restaurants that were coming out. This was my favorite restaurant on base growing up. It has not slowed down a bit in the United States as a matter of fact it's picked up. This specific venue is a little hard to get into and convoluted. Although it's Sports two entrances there is only one entrance and the asphalt is a bit broken up so watch out for the drive-thru. There is a new manager and he seems to have trouble with English but is a very sweet man nonetheless. As with all fried food it is heavy on the sodium but in this specific instance the mixture of all the other components and by you flavor sells it all!

Don't go here! I tried 3 different times but they forgot items and served stale food each time. What a mess... franchise owner or corporate needs to step in.Edit: ? even better, they hung up when I called to ask about an order. Just go to the Montopolis branch instead, it's close and not a mess.
