I had to wait for 45 minutes before I got to order. When it was my turn I waited 20 minutes. The employee just keep saying one minute. I told him just making sure if they don’t forget I need to order. I know we ALL are short on staff. But it doesn’t make sense manager or supervisor was not there to hear my complaints.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo w a sprite and apple pie, was told they didn't have any pies, still got charged for the pie though and both the sandwich and fries were soggy and room temperature.. poor service and sub par food quality. I never leave reviews but I tried to call the store and they didn't answer the phone.
I have tried this location several times over many years and they never cease to disappoint me. From being closed randomly in the middle of the day, even before the pandemic, to serving cold food several times to being out of several items on the menu, To just being rude for no reason. I don't typically even leave reviews but it is really disappointing Time and time again. i regret spending money at this location every time. I officially learned my lesson this time and will not be returning.
Sunday, arrived at 6 pm and I had to wait for almost 1hr at the drive-thru line on Airport Blvd.I do not know what they are doing! How fast food can slower than a restaurant service ???I can't believe Popeyes are getting the worst.The company needs to do something or teach your employees in this location.Do not come to this locationI won't come back?
I rather eat dirt than go here again, messed up my order so horribly; gave me mashed potatoes that smelled like body odor, forgot 90% of my order and when asked to get it they messed it up 2 times more before they got it right for me, the place is run down, dirty; and the workers need more training, how hard can that job really be? I worked fast food for years, its common sense. They need to update their menu to, you say you want something and in their computer it’s different. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
DO NOT place an order through the app (Online order). I waited an additional 20 minutes, after leaving the drive-thru window (they sent me to the double doors to wait for food). As I waited at the double doors, 4 customers left behind me. After 20 minutes of waiting, while customers pass by behind me, I finally get the food..... but the order was incorrect. I ordered a whole family meal and they managed to miss A WHOLE SIDE ORDER. After waiting 10 minutes and then sent to the front double doors for an additional 20 minutes, you would figure they would at least try to get your order correct. Totally disappointed because both times i've tried to place an online order it has been a terrible service, wiping the enjoyment out of 'Fast Food'.
First of all the “manager” couldn’t process my card that was definitely an active debit card. While getting my order I requested a receipt and was told the printer was not “printing”. I then had them take a picture of the order with my phone (because I need totals and receipts for my company) they took a picture without the total on it. I then sat outside the drive thru and every employee magically disappeared and the one employee taking drive thru orders was scrolling on his phone and ignored me while I was one foot away from him tapping on the window for his attention. Terrible management, poor efficiency. Honestly if I were the franchise owner I would clean house and start over.
One of the worst managed franchise locations I have ever been to. I would love to discuss this with the owner. Vast majority of my orders are never fulfilled. This place could bring in so much more revenue if it was run correctly…
This place has been around for years. Popeyes is great chicken, and prices are fair. But the dining area is closed. They did allow me to take my daughter into the restroom which was really kind of them. Also, make sure you ask for plasticware if you order the Mac and cheese.
I agree with a lot of these reviews!!! Horrible service. It took them almost 5 minutes to answer the intercom. You would think that just having 2 customers that everything would come out fine but no I ordered a 3pc combo spicy with red beans and rice and a sweet tea. Chicken was not spicy, my red beans and rice was only half of the container, and they gave me a coke. To top it off they overcharged me. Oh and while I was waiting they were to busy talking. I’m not one to complain and I was very hungry so I didn’t go back. I definitely won’t be returning to that Popeye’s ever again.
