The food here is so AMAZING ? the service is friendly and fast, I had to make a slight change to my order and was accommodated in the best possible way by their management ! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get some great and authentic Mexican food :))

I want to give this place a full 5 stars because the food is truly awesome. The chicken is juicy, the beans and rice and cooked well and seasoned properly, the tortas and tacos are just as good as any top notch taco spot in Austin. My only issue is that every time I’ve ordered delivery, items are left out. I understand they use UberEats for delivery service, but I have almost never had an issue with other restaurants leaving out food. Each order I’ve made has left multiple items out. I highly suggest ordering in person as this may help with this issue. The food is 5 star quality, just hoping to get all of it next time!
The food here is delicious! I have been a customer for a long time and last time the Manager, Agustin was really attentive and made sure my order was done right! 5 Stars!

Nothing wrong with food but ordering is off. I ordered flour tortillas and refried beans and they gave rancho beans and corn tortills
Never will order again ! Placed an order 3 weeks in advance for about $200 . Called the morning of to see if I could pick up my order earlier . The lady stated they never even had an order for me and stated I need to take them my confirmation email to their location which was across town for me . I got there and only one person spoke l English so communication was horrible . The manager had to contact another manager . She stated their scheduling system doesn’t keep record of orders placed in advance just same dah . Then why have that option . No one apologized . She then stated she could have my food but I needed to “respect” the reservation time her exact words “respect” and come back 3 hrs later ! I get it I got there early but that’s why I called and they could at least accommodate me for their system mistakes and lack of concern . Telling me I needed to show them the email , drive across town but come back hrs later for my order ! Never again . Food was good and that’s why I gave it 2 stars but customer service was horrible ! This was the Berkman location . Should of listened to my friend who also had the same issue when she had ordered for a quince and same issue !
This is Austin’s hidden gem. I ordered food from here multiple times. Mesquite chicken is one of the best chicken dishes I have tasted and I have tried food all over the world. Tortilla was flavorful and had a homemade taste to it. I look forward to get some food soon. There is similarly named restaurant at a different location. I didn’t like the food over there.
