Cupcakes are so good - strawberry is my favorite. Cupcake is moist and very balanced with sugar not to sugary but not bland either.
I have mixed emotions. I ordered a cake and the ordering process was fairly simple and a breeze. She was very friendly and accommodating. The cake looked exactly how I imagined. However, I should’ve heeded the reviews that said the taste was horrible. The pink icing was borderline rancid but I figure that is due to the color I chose. The cake itself was extremely bland, which was perfect for my 1 year old I guess, but everyone else- we like sugar. I prefer that my cake be sweet and moist and that is not what I got. For almost $200? I feel like it was extremely overpriced for the value,

Cannot recommend Polkadots enough!!! They made, and delivered, custom cupcakes to a couple who recently got engaged. I sent a lot of inspiration and details about what I wanted the cupcakes to look like and they NAILED IT!!! Thank you!!!!
Olga is the best baker in all of Austin! She is endlessly creative in the flavors and designs she creates. We had to reschedule our big wedding for July 2021, but she still made us a cake for our minimony on our original wedding date of June 2020 and we were so grateful for that. We finally got to have our big celebration and she put together a dreamy dessert spread for us -- a modern bride’s cake, a realistic drum groom’s cake (my husband is a band director and he was so excited about his cake), mini cupcakes in four flavors and two kinds of cookies. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious -- guests were telling me how much they enjoyed the sweets and wanted to know where they were from. The cherry on top is that Olga is one of the sweetest people and kindest small business owners in town. It’s now been a decade of me enjoying her treats, and I look forward to enjoying more of them for other special milestones in the future. We appreciate her time and talents, and know you will too for your big day!

I called two hours before I planned to pick up my boyfriend from the airport in a last minute “Welcome Home” idea, and they were able to fulfill the order! The cupcakes were delicious! We practically devoured them. We got the red velvet, strawberry and cream, and the black bottom, all three very yummy and so pretty! They have a nice system where they leave your order on a table outside for easy pick up. I can’t wait to go back!
Amazing serive! I was trying to send some cupcakes to a friend and I just couldn't due to the bad weather in Texas, however, Olga was in touch with me via email during the whole week providing updates about the weather and giving me alternatives to complete my purchase. Amazing curstomer service!!!
Olga is the best!! She made the most delicious cookies for my wedding welcome boxes and then the cutest and tastiest cake pops shaped like golf balls and mini cupcakes for our Top Golf welcome party! They were a huge hit and disappeared super quickly! People are still talking about them!! I recommend Olga and Polkadots for any dessert needs you have- she is the sweetest and so talented!!!
