Doesn't compare to Orlando 's Florida Sea World. Bathrooms are run down and must of the food stands are unmanned. Customer service is in 0. Limitted places where you can get your drinks and snacks. Disappointed. Way too expensive for what they are offering.
Super fresh and delicious. I got the “mini” and it was perfect for me. Employees super nice and extremely fast service!!
For the amount I paid, I expected a better tasting bowl. Some of the toppings I ordered weren’t even included while some of the others were piled on like crazy with little protein underneath. I came here simply for convenience but there are much better poke places in Austin, so I probably won’t be returning.
I like this spot because its near to my house, and a healthy, fresh option. The employees are always kind and impressively fast. I feel like the owners have slacked, though, on the take out containers that the bowls come in. Its kind of an awkward set-up to eat literally everything out of one conpostable unicarton container. If you have the money to branch out from LA to atx, you have the money to invest in some actual to-go bowls and side bowls.
They cant get a togo order right to save their life. Four orders, all had something wrong. Food quality was good, but insanely inconsistent between trips. Their staff literally has no idea how to serve the food they prepare. They said as much last time i picked up. Im not paying 60 bucks for family takeout to have it messed up this bad.
Went her with my step daughter for a post finals snack. Really good had a dole whip... Never see those she had a poke bowl looked amazing and huge, has a reallycool vibe and quick service pick your own topping options. Would come back. Best poke in the neighborhood
Really good food, the system that you order on makes things a little confusing but it’s fine once you figure out how to move to the next section without maxing out your choices per section. If they would do a usability rehaul on the ordering system it would make things easier I feel.
DO NOT EAT HERE! I found a fingernail in my food. They do not ever answer the phone btw, so I had to drive there and ask for a refund. Overall, disgusting cleanliness eat somewhere else.
Horrible didn’t even get what I ordered. Wanted ahi tuna, got regular tuna instead, asked for garlic and onion crunchies, got none. And the edamame is cold. Asked for salmon and got albacore tuna instead. Will never come back here
