The wings are always great and I like their fried pickles. I tried the fried mac and cheese this time and it was also great, though I wasn't expecting it to be in a log shape, lol. Still tasty though! We came for lunch during our work lunch hour and the place wasn't busy at all. A few bar fly's and a handful of other tables. That said, you could see this place is pretty understaffed (but who isn't these days). We had a party of 5 and kinda stood around for a bit until someone noticed us. One thing I will say that was annoying is that I was the one talking and asking for a table but the server seating is would respond by looking and talking to the only guy in the group (we were a group of 4 women and 1 man).Other than that weirdness, everything else was fine. Our actual server was extremely polite even though the poor girl was running around. I saw 3 waitresses and they were hustling.Pretty good. I'm probably go back for lunch at some point when their wing surcharge thing ends.
Very good fast service and never a loooong wait to be seated
Sadly by far the worst experience we have had at a Pluckers location. Fried pickles came out with food, wings were cold and under cooked, burger was over cooked, never asked for refills and when we finally asked for refills we were given different drinks that we didnt order. Then those drinks were collected and our actually drinks never made it back to the table. Absolutely terrible service. I hope its just a one off and not a trend at this location.
We were told the wait was 30 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes to be seated to just be left at our table for over 20 minutes before even acknowledged. We placed our entire order immediately when our waiter finally came around for our drink order. Then waited another 20 minutes before our drinks came out. Another 20 after that for our food. Hands down worst experience at any Pluckers ever in my life.
“Poor presentation” because FB won’t list “unethical practices” or “mistreating employees” as tags.
Visiting this place for the first time, and they delivered the taste to perfection. A new local name for the wings. Definitely coming back to taste more flavors,
Sam's one of the most well-rounded staff members I've encountered at a chain restaurant. I recommend my new favorite menu item, which is basically thigh pieces covered in crispy catfish batter. I also think their Cheesesteak Sandwich is better than several other establishments' I've tried because of the flavorful cheese sauce. Also, the Southwest Caesar salad with fried chicken hits the spot if you're craving a big, tasty, crunchy salad.
My wife and I come to our favorite pluckers every week! We are always so pleased to have Sam wait on our table! He’s always super hard working and always busy making sure everything is perfect! We will continue coming here for as long as he works here! Thank you so much Sam!
Absolutely done with this Pluckers delivery. How are you going to increase prices, send me a pick up email telling me to wait in my car but then tell me to come inside, only to find no one really working on to-go orders. After waiting 10 minutes past my order time (that I placed 5 hours ahead of time), I ask for my order to find that it has been sitting there. Oh, and they forgot to include any dressing... So glad I paid extra for that. Not enjoying my luke warm wings tonight.I will say that the food has been consistently good in the dining room. COVID hit and their to-go has been consistently terrible ever since. So tired of the sub-par food when I order delivery. You have been warned. To the Pluckers Review Management, this is my information to pass along. It says a lot if they are not reading the review comments on their own store.
My order was terrible! The chicken thighs were very dry. I couldn’t cut through the skin or the meat. We couldn’t eat it. I’ll never go back and I hope nobody else does either. Even though it was Súper bowl Sunday It was no excuse.
