The waitress behind the bar barely acknowledged me when I sat down between two people, one of who was her grandmother she told in chatty fashion to other customers, and the other who was done eating. I barely got a drink only after someone else came behind the bar. It wasn't busy at all. Others that came in after me were served before and acknowledged. Had 30-45 mins and it was over an hour!! She was more concerned about her workout & conversion with others. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND THIS IS WHY THE SERVICE INDUSTRY WANTS MINIMUM WAGE??!! RE-FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!! The manager offered no comfort!
Their wings are thick, not skimpy. You can order all drumlets if you want too and I do, because wings suck. Their mixed drinks are great. Service can be a little slow at times, but always friendly. If you visit you MUST try their Holy Macaroni with the chutney it's not divine, but it's to die for. Seriously mad good. You won't regret ordering them, I promise.

Really enjoyed having this location so close and enjoyed the food most of the time. Taking away curbside will make me reconsider going here in the future. Ordered and called for curbside to be told they don’t offer it anymore. Would have been nice to be said we are stopping curbside in the future but we will bring this out to you. Based on this experience and the last couple, I don’t plan to come back very often.
Took the family for dinner on a Saturday. We were told that there was a waiting list and that there was like 19 people in front of us (1hr and 40 minutes). I told the guy at the front if could take one of the tables outside since there was only one family using one of the tables outside. Plenty of tables outside. But he said that we had to wait because they had to go down the list. They should give the option to the customers to sit outside that way the waiting list can move faster. We ended up leaving.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing, but my family and I were really disappointed with our food. The whole table got fries that were burnt - you could literally not bite into them. Same thing for the bites, they were rock hard and everyone’s food was cold. Some of us couldn’t even eat our food because of how hard it was to bite into. Overall it was just a terrible experience and very expensive for the quality of food.
We came from San Antonio to visit family and we did not have a great experience. Our server did not smile once she looked very overwhelmed, they are very short staffed here. She did not come to fill up drinks not one time. We had to get up and look for her to ask for refills and when we did she gave us a look like we were bothering her. The food came out and all the wings were over cooked and had very hard pieces, fries were cold like they were sitting under a heat lamp for sometime before she brought them out. We were there to celebrate my sons birthday and I’m very disappointed I feel I could of spent my $350 elsewhere and got better service. The Pluckers in San Antonio is 10x better than this location. I did leave a decent tip but almost hesitated since all she did was take the order and didn’t come and ask for refills and other servers were bringing our food out and they didn’t even who had what. It was very disappointing and I will never visit this location again nor recommend this location to anyone.
Busy loud crowded sports bar. People seemed to be enjoying themselves. Drinks were generous, staff nice, and wings good. As a party of one, I got to sit at the bar rather than wait an hour for a table.
First time at this particular location. Nice, open feel, lots of TV's from every angle, and the staff was super helpful and attentive. Honestly not 5 stars because they weren't super busy yet the wait seemed long, but otherwise I'd definitely come back.
The manager Todd was so amazing and super helpful! We’re visiting from Houston and we came here for the wings of course but also i was drooling for a cold lemonade. We’re visiting during this water boil notice and we’re told by the server they were out of everything from drinks to ice me being upset about that he came and handled it. He definitely turned my boyfriend and i experience around! He made ice and our drinks happen. We’ve had so many bad experiences with restaurants and managers and he deff turned that around for us! He was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our drinks happen. We were very appreciative for him. Deff recommended this location great hospitality from management
