I ordered delivery from here on a Monday afternoon for the first time and the item I ordered (Kafta) listed no meat in the ingredients. There was sausage in the wrap which I'm unable to eat for medical reasons. I called and asked for clarification and was told it's correct and when I said it wasn't listed in the ingredients the response was "ok thanks for telling us" and absolutely no willingness to make it right. good luck with these jerks.

Food was sub par (lacking flavor, stale, etc) and had issues /errors on the order as well as being a very small portion size. The kids order was about the same portion as the regular which is 2.2X more expensive.Save your money and go somewhere else.

No idea how the average is 4.3 stars. I got some wraps. The pita was tough, gyro meat did not taste fresh. Salad was fine. The restaurant is dark, no ambient music or even white noise... It feels very empty. No fountain drinks, no ice water. You can have a much better experience pretty much anywhere.

I wanted to like this place, so this review is unfortunate. Placed an order for pickup. Arrived at the restaurant, lady was not aware an order was placed. Order still took nearly 30 minutes to make. Only 2 other people walked in at the time, so crowds weren’t the issue. To make matters worse, the order was not correct and was missing one of my sides. Not to mention the other side I ordered was a super small quantity. I will not be returning and do not advise others to either until management improves the Operations and Customer Experience.

I ordered the 'Build Your Own Bowl' salad with Chicken Shawarma for delivery. One, it is the size of a very small side salad with not much lettuce. Two, the veggies I selected were included but so were the ones I DID NOT want (i.e. parsley) so they did not pay attention to the order. Three, I asked for both sauces to be on the side and only one came on the side and the other was drenching what salad there was. Four, and this is the doozie, I paid $20 with tip for an incredibly small salad not made the way I asked. Tried to post a pic but could not get the site to accept it.

I hate to leave bad reviews on businesses, specially those who are deemed “family owned”, but this time I just can’t helpStarting by the fact that I live across the street from the strip mall where this place is located, I always wondered if it was worth give it a try, so I finally did, and to say I got disappointed, it’s an understatementI ordered a Gyro plate, with a side hummus and falafel, and pita breadHonestly, they tasted like reheated leftovers, there wasn’t anything fresh about it, I think the only “fresh” thing was the salad, everything else seems like they put it in the microwave to reheat it, the meat, the rice, the falafels, and let’s not talk about their pita bread, which was cold and stale, ironic for a business that claims to prepare everything from scratchI don’t know if it wasn’t my lucky day or what, but I wasn’t expecting this place to be so bad, the attention was subpar too, not even one time they asked if I needed anything else, and the atmosphere in general is kind of depressiveBased on other reviews, seems like they use to be good back in the day, but I guess they don’t care about quality anymore, and those reviews are at least from 2 years ago, most recent ones are not as favorable, and neither is mine since they don’t seem to care about offering actually fresh food anymoreGoing to my black list of non-recommended places to eat ???

Great family run business. Owners couldn't have been friendlier. Food was amazing. Flavor is of the charts!

Worst restaurant ever!! The food here is horrible. The falafel is bad. The pita bread is old and stale. I ordered the Nutella and banana pita and recieved Nutella on gross stale bread with not even ONE slice of banana. What's wrong with you guys? Get it together! Anyone who wants good Mediterranean food go to Demassis. There's no comparison. I will never go here again. Big disappointment.

Not even close to good. I got two falafel bowls for $28 and the falafel is good, but the rice and veggies are not even close to fresh. Definitely I won’t pay $14 for this bowl. Rather get falafel here and ignore the other items.

Mike and family....make the best food out there....amazing!!
