Was so good! Was in town from Dallas, this place was our last stop and did not disappoint! Better than all the phos I've had in Dallas!Service was great & pho came out fast! Broth was very savory with distinct taste. Meat quality was great, not dry!!Also the egg rolls were amazing, they do take a bit time for them to come out, but I'm sure it's because they're making it from scratch so it's worth the wait!!Ot was great!

LOVE this place so much. My husband is Vietnamese so he's picky when it comes to Viet food. We approve of this place! The best in all of Austin. Our fave is the savory Banh Mi with pate (oh yes, so good!) and the Pho. The broth is the perfect amount of sweet and savory. We can't stop coming back every week. They are closed Saturdays so there's usually a line Sunday but that doesn't stop us. Will be bringing all my friends and family!
There are good pho places and good banh mi places but it’s hard to find a place that does both of them great! Pho Phong luu does both perfectly! The wings are great too!
Wow color me surprised/shocked. Think I just found my new banh mi and pho spot. Hands down the best banh mi in Austin. I’m picky with my pho broth and this was excellent. Did not need to add anything. Will be back for sure. Very close tie to best pho in austin. The broth taste so good by itself.10/10 must recommend.
I almost gave up on finding a local and authentic Vietnamese restaurant after searching for 3 months, til I gave this place a shot. The pho and banh mi is delicious and comforting. Asian approved

My family and I find it difficult to find authentic and flavorful pho in Austin however when we went to this restaurant it checked all our marks! The broth so rich and light, the egg rolls were really crispy and homemade, and the service of the two grandmas was the cherry on top. We will definitely be going back and finally understand the hype in our Viet community.
Pho Phonh Luu is hidden gem in the neighborhoods, very quick friendly staffs, good ambiance, good foods( incredible tasty Hanoi flavor Phở with no MSG), Love this place, definitely come back.
