I had made the reservation for lunch on a Saturday for two. We reached on time and checked in. We were shown to our table. Jamie introduced herself and presented the menu and gave us time to decide. I wanted her suggestion for red wine on the sweeter side. She gave her recommendation and I took her suggestion. For an appetizer, we ordered the crab and spinach dip. it was terrific as me and my guest are trying this for the first time. for mains, we ordered the chef's special the Atlantic Salmon Alexander. This too was an amazing dish. The wine was also great just to my liking. The ambiance and the service were very good. It's a great place for sea food.

This place was packed. We mad a reservation online which was quick and easy so by the time we showed up our table was ready. If a place isn't as packed as pappadeaux then that means it's probably not any good. We had Bailey tonight who was extremely sweet and very accommodating. Our food was fresh and came out pretty quick for as packed as they are. I highly recommend bringing your family or just a good date for you and your spouse. This is our first time to ever try this place.

Pappadeaux Seafood kitchen has been the go-to seafood place since I came to Texas and it is great to see the taste has been consistent in all these years. From Crispy Alligator to Mixed Seafood Grill, the food quality is excellent as usual, combined with friendly staff and great service, the overall dining experience is outstanding. I highly recommend this place for the special occasions.

Good food and courteous waitstaff

Yes! Absolutely good customer service

When you’re late for lunch don’t inconvenience everyone else. Instead place an order to go. Our server Reynaldo was awesome. He took my to go order, delivered my desired drink, food and my bill in a very timely manner. The service during that very busy time far exceeded my expectations. This was service at its best with no excuses and I loved it! Lunch at this new Pappadeaux location was definitely a great choice. Next time I’d love to dine on one of their 2 patios. It was difficult to get photos of my half Shrimp Po’ Boy that someone forgot to provide tarter sauce for and didn’t my meal come with fries?? Oh well, I should’ve checked my order before leaving the restaurant. Nonetheless, the Shrimp Po’ Boy was pretty good and filled with lots of shrimp. Another cleaned plate, or better yet…container?

Staff was nice, MY food was delicious, but as I write this, we’ve been here for an hour and a half and my husband and daughter have not received their food because the waiter forgot to put in the order. I ordered an appetizer as my meal, and I’ve been finished with it for a good 20 minutes now. I wanted to go out for an early Mother’s Day lunch, but this is ridiculous. We could have ordered at home, had it delivered and been done by now. As an aside, the table next to us is SO LOUD. I don’t mind the usual busy restaurant chatter, but this table is literally startling us with their outbursts and screaming. I’m not going to the that person who whines to the staff about it, but I consider this a somewhat upscale place and I expect management to maintain a pleasant dining room.

I had a great experience dining at this Pappadeaux location. The complimentary bread was extremely fresh. The deep fried alligator appetizer was outstanding - tender and delicious. Their crawfish and shrimp etouffee dishes are wonderful. Also best “dirty” rice I’ve ever had and all of the dips and sauces were just perfect. It’s not a cheap restaurant, but definitely worth the money, given the quality and quantity of food.

I wouldn’t go back. The food is always good, but this particular restaurant has a kitchen staff that throws dishes and screams. Sorry I love your chain, but not this place

Pappadeaux has been a place that serves fresh seafood, if you want something really fresh, I suggest that you go on Fridays...We are always here on Friday evening for some fresh oysters, salmon and shrimps, and a few margaritas on the side is a must as well. The service can be very from server to servers.Tonight 4/22/2022 the three bartenders at the bar; seem to be selective when it comes to who the customers they want to talk with, my friends had to stand at the bar for over 10 minutes, and they would rather help someone white who just walked up, and like they care about the minority customers like us who had stand in front of them for the past 10 minutes. All of them ignored us and walked away until we had to ask them what is going on, did our face say we can't afford the food? Or is it we don't deserve the service from the bartenders?Later on our table finally became available, our server Justin was a cool guy and we had a great time eating the 2 dozen oysters and the dinner.
