Good food. Prices unreasonably high. Clerk unable to understand the difference between “charged lemonade” (more like OVER charged lemonade) for $3.99 (ridiculous) and their regularly overpriced lemonade for $2.79. Such a frustrating experience. Soup bowl is either dirty or stained; neither is good. Ask for your soup in a cardboard cup and you don’t have to worry as much.
We have ordered catering from here several times. We had a small order for a meeting and they used DoorDash to deliver. The driver never called but a toll free number did. It was a gentleman who’s first language was not English nor had any details about where the driver was for me to assist. After two of the calls and 20 minutes after the latest ETA for delivery time they canceled the order. I called Panera to see what I could do to get the food. Everyone was very rude. I was hung up on the first time after I was told they were busy and would call back and I asked to hold. The manager I spoke with was very rude and after I asked to make sure my money was return he said okay and hung up.
All the staff here are great. Especially Sandra.I love the coffee club, definitely worth getting. The pastries and breads and soups and salads are all great for when you are in a hurry or even for slowly checking emails.
We ordered the chicken w/white rice soup w/ bread on the side. It was really good and the sour dough bread dipped into the soup is the best.Someone else I was with ordered the spicy soup and Asian salad.Which looked delicious and they said it was really good. Then we had a lemon/orange scone and a cranberry/orange muffin for dessert. They both were delicious.
I work there and it's great food
I stopped by because I spoke with Kevin and Camilla earlier working on an interfaith project (I'm Buddhist) and they have some bread they are otherwise throwing out to distribute to the homeless and Brittany and her manager, which I spoke to briefly while he fills a pitcher, donated a huge catering bag. I met one man whom helped me carry the bag, Jay, and got to an "homeless" tent village, but no one was home. I left a few pieces and am going to try again tomorrow morning.(Brittany in picture, hiding behind mask, but one can be grateful for her in name rather than form if facing.)
I love this location! They do a great job with their take out/delivery items and their app is so easy to use.Also--try the ginger tea, it's perfect for any chilly day.
The best Panera I've been to. All other locations are lack of ng in either speed of service or food availability, but not this location. The only thing that was odd was the baguette slice side for out order from this store didn't have the same consistency all of the other Panera's do--almost as if it was baked off-site and brought in from a distribution center. Normally the baguette has a flaky crust but warm gooey center, but the baguettes from this location are drier and less 'realistic'.
I just discovered this place and totally obsessed with it. The staff is so friendly and service is super fast and polite. Lovely outdoor seatings (just a lil freezing nowadays :). Lots of room to meet up and pretty good for study/ group meeting. As usual the broccoli cheddar bread bowl is perfect for this cold weather! Definitely one of my favorite spots for quick bite and study!
