The worst food experience I have ever had in my entire life. From the moment I walked into the door I felt extremely uncomfortable. Workers kept harassing me and my partner about joining the “unlimited sip club”. Ridiculous prices and wait time and a lobby of customers that would not stop staring at me! The music and decor were as bland as a stale saltine. Food was served cold and tasted like everything was made in a test tube. If you feel like spending all of your money to feel uncomfortable, I would recommend coming here.
Michelle and her manager Jerrod were so helpful and considerate when we thought our high schooler left his laptop behind last night. They were willing to help us by looking at the camera footage to see where it may be. Fortunately, the laptop was located! In addition, Panera is a family friendly restaurant and our picky five and eight year olds love their soups. The teens and adults love their salads and sandwiches.
Very disappointing, to say the least. Asked for my usual sandwich & soup combo, got 2 pieces of white wheat bread slapped together(not the usual Panera bread), but to make matters worse, to make a complete order due to lack of proper bread(usual Panera bread), they gave me 2 of the slapped together sandwiches(as if one wasn't bad enough)!! Won't be back, sorry to say.
Where's the beef? Not in the sandwich I ordered. But bunch of bread. The sandwich the web site depicts is not what you get. Sauce? Napkins not available. Pricey piece of bread. Terrible disappointed, I feel I was conned.
First time trying this and I'm blown away by how delicious it was! The online order process was very easy and my food was ready within 20 min. Panera just became a favorite
It's a shame you cannot get bread options after 1 pm, of course that's because they have delicious products that finish early, but with luck you find something.
I frequently make take outs at this location. They are pretty consistent with the food quality, with little needed improvement in keep tracks of the orders. I recently had an incident where my name on the order was misspelled and they could not retrieve it, however speaking with the store manager quickly resolved the issue. She was very professional and compensated me for the inconvenience.
When we order and modify food using the screen they don't add the items we choose like cilantro or BBQ sauce. It's happened more than once. We just figured they are out or aren't seeing the modifications. Either way there's no communication.
Consistently better than average quick restaurant food. I had a problem with a gift card and the server helped me out and compensated with a discount. Service above and beyond.
Panera Bread has been around for quite some time and I've always enjoyed meals there. They have a decent variety of sandwiches soups and other things.What I like is the consistency of this restaurant. You can always depend on a fresh, tasty meal here whether it's a sandwich, soup or combination of the two. Their grilled panini type sandwiches are excellent too.
