Flavor was okay but portions were ridiculously stingy. The chipotle chicken avocado melt was basically bread with a little chicken and the rest of the ingredients were nearly nonexistent. My partner got a teriyaki bowl and the portion was tiny and the whole order was overpriced in general. Panera’s quality and quantity have really gone downhill recently! I have a feeling corporate or management is requiring this ?

Great food and clean environment! Although, this location does not utilize the rapid pick up rack which kind of defeats the purpose of using the rapid service when ordering online if I have to wait on someone to come from the back to retrieve my order. I get that some people can be dishonest and grab food that isn’t theirs so I wonder if in the future Panera will have an automated pick up feature, (like Little Caesars for example has a pick up portal where the food is behind glass in its own compartment and you have to key in a code and it will open to retrieve your food. I think Panera could do something similar.)

This location is garbage, this was the 3RD time I get dead veggies for my order. For the amount of money you charge for 1/2 a sandwich or a salad, you could at least afford to give your customers FRESH veggies, where’s Subway at? DO BETTER #wasteofmoney.

Ordered through app for rapid pick up. Got there and my food wasn't on the shelf like it should be. Checked the app to see if it was ready and it was but it was nowhere to be seen. Flagged a lady down and she said to check by the registers. Found it behind the registers grabbed it and left. Food was cold by the time I found it. Rapid pick up means it's on the shelf and accessible, not hidden behind the registers

First timer at this location. Had a small group with me. Had called ahead and asked for info on wait time, etc.for the day I wanted to go there. All the info given was correct. The place was pretty much empty. However, there were tables with dirty dishes on them, floor and tables dirty like they had had a mad rush but didn't finish cleaning up. There was nobody at the register and there is no more handout menu for those that need them such as seniors ( had my 90 year old Mom with me). We helped her with the Kiosk order. Out of 7 orders, they got two wrong. My Mom's had to be redone. The beverage area is by the bathroom which has this "catch all" area across from it including trash and dirty dishes which was full. The bathroom was in horrible condition and the one I used needed some repairs with a badly broken huge TP holder one could barely manage. We were never bothered during our visit and were able to visit for a long time. The food was delicious! Not sure of all the changes this Panera Bread might be going thru' in management and staff. Not planning to return any time soon - although the food was good. It just felt like no one really cared for the way the restaurant looked at that time of the day. Have not seen a Panera Bread quite like this one before and don't understand why tables, floors and bathroom were so dirty when there were 3 people eating when we arrived there. Nope - not going back to this one.

Placed an order online. Went to the drive thru to pick it up. I was told that I had to come inside to get it. I parked in the curbside space and couldn't find a way to get my order brought out. I went inside to get the order and I was told "we don't do curbside pick up anymore. I am not sure why." very disappointed with the lack of concern during the stage 5 pandemic.

San Juana was very professional. Great customer service. Highly recommend

Ordered rapid pick up 15min in advance then proceeded to have to sit for another 20 min. so not so rapid. Staff was extremely unorganized and confused. This location is the saddest one I have been to as far as efficiency goes.

Great customer service. Went in and got an awesome deal for bagel tuesday and had a great experience with the staff and got some great bagels. The gentleman frank that works there is absolutely amazing, very helpful and had a great attitude, even in the early morning. Lucky is a great manager as well
