If you want to pay a quarter for a side of sauce (in which my case, I was charged and didn’t even receive it), then keep supporting Patrick Terry. Otherwise, go to In N Out or Chic Fil A. This reminds me of the coffee shops that add a charge when you ask for light ice. It’s simply ridiculous and greedy. I usually don’t leave poor reviews for a one-off customer service issue but a poor management decision always deserves feedback. We go to this location often - we’ll pivot to In N Out going forward.
A reliably good burger and delicious fries at every visit! ?
This place went downhill FAST!Seems like only yesterday it was my favorite new burger, now it's tiny, dry, and disappointing. And those FRIES?
Really good burgers and esp. fries !! The aroma as you enter the place makes it tastier.
Just placed a large order on short notice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. These folks are great.
Food is good but they are awful at managing their drive thru line. They have 2 lines but it is very clear if you're not in the left line you're going to have to wait a very long time to get your food.
Tasty veggie burgers and milkshakes! Always a kid pleaser :)
We love the food at P.Terry’s and usually have a very nice person helping us at the drive through. However, tonight was an exception. Anna E. or Anaie (spelling?) was extremely rude when we politely told her our order was incorrect. She rolled her eyes and acted like she didn’t want to help us any longer. Once I explained that all 3 burgers were combos, she continued to roll her eyes and was very abrupt practically shoving the food at us. Not only is PTerry’s local, but it’s better than this!
Ordered a grilled chicken burger no cheese a tea and banana bread…. What I got….. a plain cheeseburger fries no banana bread… they got the tea right!
My whole family got food poisoning from this location this past weekend, the service has been going down hill as well. Used to love this place but won’t be going back
