Waited about 15 minutes before somebody would come up to the front window, rang the bell 5 times, knocked, another customer told somebody who worked there we had been stuck without service... eventually somebody came up once I called the store phone to ask what was going on. Guy kinda gave me attitude when i patiently asked if perhaps the bell was broken. Lackluster service, to be polite.I still can't believe nobody would check the front window in that amount of time during normal dinner hours. Never had a problem before but this was really annoying, and my food didn't taste great by the time I was able to taste it (online pickup order).
Shakes DO NOT contain REAL fruit!!! ? They use syrup flavorings.Disappointed for what's advertised as diner-style food. ?The shake was gritty the ice cream isn't smooth & creamy.Fries are real potatoes & good. The burger was small & average, like other larger chains.
Fantastic food and stellar service at this Oltorf location. We always stop at P.Terry's when we're in town because they don't exist where we live. Really good veggie burger, great fries, everything is great.At this location there is a drive-thru and a small eating area outside. The person working the booth was very nice and the service was great. Highly recommend checking it out.
I usually am a huge critic and all.But I hate to say it: P. Terry’s may have the best burger I had in my life.Part of that is likely because of the price.Never change. Great job guys. Amazing first impression
I was treated with respect & care by Chris. From the moment I pulled up I could tell I was going to be taken care of. I never come to P Terrys often but I will now. Thank you everyone but especially Chris for the phenomenal service
You can tell there is an effort to do this right. Fries were decent. Single patty cheeseburger was greasy, far too much lettuce. Beef was tasty, but masked by the too-thick bun and garden of lettuce. Hope they grow into a true Texas burger stand.
P. Terry's is a popular Austin staple with many locations. It's got a simple menu and you can choose burger or ground chicken, and bun or lettuce wrap. It's got the thin and crispy style burgers like most fast food joints but does it well with quality meat. Worth a try if you're in the neighborhood.
I went through the drive thru and it was such a wonderful experience. I was confused about the order taking process and both managers (Andres, Ana) were very patient and friendly towards me! I will 100% be coming back!
I'm from out of town (MA). Love the fries and they have good solid burgers. Better then Whataburger IMHO. Fast and friendly drive thru service.
Ok so the burgers are very small! Good but very small. Meat to bun ratio isn't good for me. Prices are good. So I guess you get what you pay for. A good place to eat for cheap. Just not for me.
