Our server was amazing but the restaurant seemed short staffed even though it wasn’t busy and the quality of some of our meals was lacking.

Everytime I travel, I always search for a PF Changs; due to my specialized diet. This restaurant was very disappointing. It did not have air conditioning, my party of 6 was not notified prior to ordering food. The waiter did not have a clue and was not trained properly. Customer service was extremely subpar, will never visit this restaurant again. Food was distasteful. Corporate should come in and provide training for the entire restaurant as they do not fit the PF Changs model; EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

The quality and taste of the food quite nice. I did order a Japanese old fashion, which was great. If you are an old fashioned lover, it is a must try. We ordered a dynamite shrimp, lo mein and kung pal chicken. Everything tasted amazing, not too oily and flavorful. The service was a little slow, even though the restaurant didn’t seem to be that crowded. All in all it was great!

Very underwhelmed with the food. Service was ok difficult to find server.

Service was great! Jake was a very good server. Food was not so good. This is supposed to be a chain, but food was not consistent with LA restaurants. Also, open table reservation was made and they could not find it. They set us by the door and we got a draft every time it opened.

Pretty good food. Everything was on point with all the dishes. The deep fried green beans as an appetizer is great. Our waiter did an excellent job. Close to the Convention Center.

This restaurant is conveniently open for both lunch and dinner so it was convenient for a mid afternoon meal. The food quality was franchise good . The service was excellent . The waiter was ever ready to top off drinks . Tables were appropriately spaced. Recommended

Enjoyed the delicious, incomparable lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, steamed dumplings, wonton soup, and ginger-peach hot tea. Mikel (??) was a great attendant. We didn't have a reservation but we were easily accommodated.Thank you.

I tried curbside pickups here for the first time and it worked out great. They gave me a time, and at the assigned time I outlet up to the curb and they brought it out.We tried the dinner for two, which I think is a great deal. The food tasted fresh and plentiful. We got the Mongolian beef, egg drop soup and chicken fried rice. All was excellent.

Got to restaurant, maybe 10 people inside. Refused to seat us as we had 12 in our group. Tried explaining that we'd be happy to split into smaller groups to accommodate them. Still refused because they new we were 12. Oh well somebody else got and appreciated our business.
