You cannot expect less from an Omni. This was not the exception. The staff took great care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was impeccable and the comfort of the pillows, the bed, and the bathrobe were as soft as a cloud appears. There was a lot going on because we saw people throughout, but it was in no way congested.
Hung out at the pool here for a day. Nice setup with 3 pools and a hot tub. Everything was clean and well maintained. Servers came by regularly. Poolside menu was alright but didn't find anything amazing. Frozen margaritas were good and refreshing. Unfortunately, in the afternoon our cabana started to lose the sun behind the resort towers so that took away from the experience of being outside poolside.
This is for the Spa. I should preface by saying I have worked in resort spas for over 10yrs. I sent my sister for a spa day for a 50 min massage for $175 with an auto gratuity of 22% so around $225. Her massage experience should have been amazing! The massage therapist had zero bedside manner and was not remotely worth an auto gratuity. She freaked out in the beginning because my sister had put her sports bra next to her robe. Screaming.. what is this?!My sister was uncomfortable her entire massage.I have been to there before and had a similar experience and asked to have the auto gratuity removed but they told me no.Which you can absolutely do, in fact it may be illegal to not.The spa itself is lovely and amazing but do yourself a favor and only get the day pass. Also previously upon booking the front desk was annoyed of my questions to ensure my sister enjoyed her spa day and hung up on me twice. Poor customer service. Do better Omni, this is not a resort spa experience.
Resort experience was fine, staff was friendly and spaces were clean. The hillside views are beautiful. I would come again to the grounds but skip the massage/spa. The lowest quality massage I’ve ever had with very average customer service staff at the spa.
The spa was great! The massage was excellent, I believe the therapist was named Brian. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, specifically lance. The only downside is that the hotelIs about 30 minutes from the airport and austin so we had to take a lot of ubers to go downtown. A shuttle would make this hotel worth visiting again.
Plenty of places to get in trouble here! The Spa was awesome!! Great dining and bar choices.
Worst experience. They commit blunders during check in and put you in horrible dirty unclean rooms. Not what you paid for.
I was put in the older section of the resort with outdated, old and unclean rooms. I came here for a conference and despite booking for a deluxe king room, I was put in a room with queen bed. Very unfriendly staff. No concern for quality. Overall a horrible experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
The prenatal massage I had was amazing! The room & atmosphere were relaxing. Great amenities. Did feel a little crowded & there was a lot talking/socializing among other guests. Overall a good experience!
Far exceeded my expectations. Newly renovated in 2019. The location is spectacular. Great restaurants. No need to leave the property as it has everything: golf, swimming, tennis, nature trails. Only 20 mins to downtown.
