This olive garden was pretty impressive. The wait was not long at all. We were instantly greeted by friendly faces. The food was made fresh and quick. I will definitely be back. Olive garden review by Gabriel Culiat

Great location, staff was efficient , friendly and helpful. Food was prepared fast and was brought out hot, also looked and tasted great. This location also is well kept and spotless. Staff works well together and servers are regularly making sure you have what you need. Great location right off the 45 highway near lots of shopping. Our server Sarah, truly was very helpful and we felt cared for like family. Made suggestions, recommendations - kept us updated on food being prepped and always had a smile. Made our visit the best one to an Olive Garden yet. Ask for her by name at the hostess stand.Tried a couple of new items / stuffed ziti fritta was very good, warm and soft inside. Served with Alfredo and marinara sauce stuffed with five cheeses. Can’t go wrong. Alternatively: Lasagna fritta is another good choice we usually get.In dessert we had one of the newer items on their menu, the Italian doughnuts. They remind me of New Orleans beignets. Great warm and tossed in vanilla sugar. Served with raspberry or chocolate sauce. Add some coffee and you are set.

A real Italian would not eat here, but my child really wanted to go. I must admit I did enjoy the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. The minestrone was hearty, and the salad fresh. My husband's food was served hot, and the service was excellent. 4 stars. Minus one because I found nothing else on the menu appetizing, and half the menu included the once frozen chicken.

there was a 30-40 minute wait even though the place was not full. Decided to have a drink at the bar & just get the food to go. The person who took our order was enthusiastic until it was realized that she wasn't listening or comprehending anything that was said. the food was decent which accounts for the 2*

This is the nicest Olive Garden. The building itself feels like you're on a Tuscan vacation. The staff was GREAT! The 2 women at the bar killed it. Recommendations were great! My husband is a bartender and he said that was the best Blue Hawaiin he's had. They even helped us take our food to the table. Our server, Yasmine, was super attentive and fun! And of course, the food was amazing. I had the seafood Alfredo and it was perfectly cooked! I was trying to get to a specific Olive Garden downtown cause it blew my mind, but we ended up at this one... I'm glad we did. The entire staff deserves an award!

We've been here several times since it is just down the road from us. Staff is always friendly and food is always good, but last night everything was beyond phenomenal! Everything from the drinks to the food to thr dessert was exquisite. Congratulations to the whole staff, they were doing a great job!

February 18, 2022 - Early Evening - Couple over 70 Our server KOBE (on his last day of trainee server status) was OUTSTANDING. He was personable without being pushy. He got everything right first time on our order; he checked back regularly but did not "hover". When we asked for recommendations he gave clear recommendation with short explanation as to why. I hope he keeps his attitude and does not burn out. You have a gem here, he just needs a bit of polishing. I had not been to Olive Garden in several years. Their menu selections are much more limited now than in the past. Too many selections are Alfredo style for which I do not like. (Problem one) I ordered the Soup & Salad Pasta e Fagioli Soup is excellent, has enough beef in it, vegetables are tender, excellent flavor somewhat like chili - an Italian chili, that is. Let them grind the cheese shredder until servers wrist is about to give out. It could have more black beans to make it better. I added a bit of ground black pepper to "give it some pep". The croutons from the salad make EXCELLENT crackers in the soup, btw. If you want croutons with salad, just ask for some extra for your soup. The salad was satisfactory, but they are really chintzy with the dressing so I requested MORE. (Problem two) The Italian margarita was good, not as good as Perfect at Long Horn steak house or one of the excellent Prickly Pear Margaritas served around the area. Still better than standard margarita - you get a half shot of Amaretto to add to your glass. It is rimmed with coarsely granulated sugar rather than salt which I really liked. Maureen enjoyed her Shrimp Scampi, too, and of course her tiramisu. Me, wanting to maintain my youthful manly 250 lb. figure decided to forgo dessert (I had 3, or was it 4, bowls of soup and cleaned out the salad bowl & bread sticks. You have to ASK for butter with them!! (problem 3). Me, I ask, firmly! (Maureen says I "demand", I think that is a bit overboard on my firmness, but she tends to be wimpy when dealing with servers.) My problems 2 & 3 are minor but still a place for improvement. The limited menu is more of a real problem and probably all in combination would have reduced to 3 stars except for the excellent quality of the food and fantastic service. Kobe - you saved management a star!

Sunday night, wait was an hour so my buddy and I sat at the bar. The bartender was by himself. He had to make drinks, serve the customers at the bar, bus the table/bar and run into the kitchen for the food. So service was a bit slow. But he was friendly and got it all done. Food came out reasonably fast once we ordered. Tasted just as expected.

I LOVE it here but this location has gone down hill the food is good but the staff is horrible they don't check on you their attitude is miserable I know working is not something anyone wants but I've never felt more unwelcome ANYWHERE and it was like the whole vibe was bad from the monotone eye roll from the hostess to the slamming glasses and plates and literally soaking dripping rags from bussing tables the group of people on their phones showing videos at the to go station it was horrible and Maria ruined our meal with her "I hate that they sat you in my section" attitude... leave no one made you come in I would literally rather drive 25 min away for the next location then come back here

My first time dining at Olive Garden in Texas, always a great experience previously in Pennsylvania. We have literally sat at the table for 20 - 25 mins without anyone approaching us. No hello, no water, nothing. And the only reason we were approached its because I have ordered an appetizer on the device at the table. So a kitchen staff brought the appetizer directly to our table. He was very nice, apologized for the long wait, told us that they are short on staff. He took our orders and brought us silverware. He even checked on us here and there when walking by after bringing food to other tables. He was great, and I really appreciate that he took care of us to the best of his ability as they are short staffed. But here is the problem.... there are servers tucked away by the kitchen doors, chit chatting, on the cell phone in customer's plain view, and I understand they probably have assigned servers to a specific section. But the other servers are just walking pass us, no one even looked at us for 20 minutes. But this makes me question, with no one acknowledging that we are just sitting there with 2 menus in front of us. If I had not ordered the appetizer on the device at the table, how long would we be ignored before we got service? Had been a repeat customer of Olive Garden in Pennsylvania, this is a very disappointing experience.
