We were very excited to come but the service was HORRIBLE. We came in Sunday night around 8pm. The hostesses had a lot of attitude and did not smile. As we waited you could hear the staff gossip on the main floor.After being seated we were greeted by our server. He is the only reason for the second star! We got some samples of the wine (pretty good deal for a bottle of moscato $15).Another rude encounter by the hostess, as the server was greeting us, she interrupted him and asked him if she had the correct drink for the table next to us.As soon as we sat down, we ordered an appetizer using the iPad. Which we never received.The food came out relatively quickly. After receiving the main course, the server informed us that he will try to come back and check on us as he got a large party to take care of.Overall, the food was good, service was awful and the bill was overpriced ($100 for mediocre Italian food). I would have been happy with this bill if the staff was friendlier.
Worst Olive Garden we have been too. It was pretty much empty when we went at 5:00pm. So you would figure we would get good service. WRONG!!! We were sat right away but the server took so long to come and greet us that we almost left. Which we should have done. Food was horrible. The table we were sat at was dirty. I don't know why you would sit guests at a dirty table especially with covid. The lasagna was over cooked so much so that all the side of it was crunchy. Server didn't do a good job taken care of us. She never came back after we received our meals to check on us. For the price I expect to have great food, clean tables, and good service. We will definitely not be going back to this location. I do not recommend going there. Save your money and go someplace else.
Not a great place, was charged more than ideal. Usually I am charged $9.99 + taxes for unlimited soups, breadsticks and salads combo for 2 people, but was charged $30 + taxes for 3 people. Only have experienced at this location. All other locations I have experienced $20 + taxes for 3 people for the same order. Wouldn't recommend this location.
I ordered for a curbside pickup...I never tip for curbside but did because l was served by one amazing young man. His name is David. Loved our food order....delicious!!! Will return again.
So, this is just my opinion. They were not as great as I hoped they would be. Maybe it’s just this location, it was good though. However, I love our waiters, she was kind and understanding to our dietary needs and helped with alternatives to what we could not have.
They were a little heavy with the lemon on my dish. The other plate chicken parm was a little over cooked. Service was good though I can say that. We where there early for dinner so there was that.
We ordered CHEESE sticks -- not empty breading. Clearly this was noticed by the staff. My, what low standards they have these days. There was zero cheese inside, perhaps they should rename them “Empty Breading Shells”.
Very good staff at this location Catie, the manager was on point and helped me continue to like and appreciate this Olive Garden. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. You will find good and welcoming customer service here. They have yummy Alfredo.
There was 25 ppl in our party so service was a bit slow(as expected).. Pamela(waiter) was amazing!! Very patient and understanding. Great Customer Service!
Jake went above and beyond for myBoyfriend and I. He was superFriendly. Always made sure we had refills . The food was hot and delicious ! WillDefinitely return to this location in the future !
