One of the best meals in Austin. Generous portions and wonderful service!
Celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary and it was outstanding! Had a 7pm reservation but showed up around 6:30 and took a seat at the bar while we waited for our table. Both bartenders were attentive and made some really great (strong) drinks to kick things off. Host came over around 6:50 and said our table was ready but we decided to finish our drinks at the bar and just take our time. Once seated the waitress spent a lot of time going over the âstoryâ of the restaurant and went into detail of how and where they source their ingredients. Everything we ordered was outstanding. We had the Eggplant, shrimp over red rice and the raw gulf tuna to start. For our main course, I had the rib eye and my wife had the blackened fish of the day. Both incredible! Canât recommend this place enough for special occasions. They definitely take their time but my wife and I were ready for a long slow date night so it worked out perfect. 10/10.
The price of your wine by the glass was exorbitant. Very surprised you don't showcase a simple Texas wine or other southern wine pairing. The dessert was not good. Need to review your dessert menu for something lighter and more original. The rest of the meal was very pleasant and I would recommend it.

We love this place but Last night we had several dishes that were over salted. The green beans, the rice in the fish and even the mint cream that came with the flan. We are not usually offended by salt but it really covered the taste of the food last night.
