Was amazed! Had a blast! The food was amazing!!! I wanted a unique delicious experience while in Austin and they absolutely delivered. We started with the red fish ceviche, grilled quail and pork loin for our entrees, black Sesame Ice cream sundae for our dessert! Everything was delicious! If I had one thing to complain about it would be that I couldn't try more ? it's also quite fun to look for everything with a googly eye ??

Beautiful place with beautiful plates served by beautiful people. Every interesting menu. Seasonal farm to table with open kitchen.Pork skin salad 5/5Ceviche 4/5Scallops 3/5 - taste good but not really specialCorn bread 4/5 smell so goodQuail 3/5 - we did not like the stuffingSundae 3/5 - black Sesame icecream had no flavor to it, but the brownie, and raspberry saved the dishThe burger looks gigantic!

Cannot say enough; farm to table deliciousness. A table of four we ordered 8 dishes to come randomly & shared & i would recommend this as you get to experience more of the Chef’s creative combinations of flavors. We had, corn ribs, red fish ceviche, melon salad, lamb, wagyu burger, cornbread & two desserts - All of which were orgasms of sight, smell & taste. I want to live here! As a bonus, the staff are wonderful- all working together to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Knowledgeable about the food & wines’ sourcing & preparation, they’re friendly & obviously professional. (I think they must feed them, which would explain how happy they are to work there!) Cannot go into the intricacies of each dish as it would take forever, but please trust me, you want to eat here.

The kitchen here definitely hues to its own path, and usually that's a good thing. Occasionally a dish isn't quite as good as it sounds, but for the most part the food is excellent and unique. Nice intimate dining room and good service.

Wow wow wow wow wow. I went to Odd Duck with high expectations after hearing time and time again that it was the best restaurant in Austin and it did not disappoint!First, I have to talk about the staff. The amazing server we had (Joe) was so passionate about his work and what he was serving. He told us that he works at Odd Duck because he ate there and was like yeah, I want to serve this. We would ask him for recommendations and he wouldn’t be able to give us a front runner because everything was delicious. He wasn’t wrong. Every person we interacted with was so fun and you could tell they enjoyed working there. We heard from many staff that they’re like a family there and that is evident.Okay, the food. YUM! Just YUM. You should over order. We ordered so much and completely stuffed ourselves because we just didn’t want to stop tasting everything. The dessert we had was mind blowing and I have to give a special shout-out to the wonderful bartender who listened to my husbands request for a super spicy drink. She nailed it and was so fun about it all.Believe the hype and make your way to Odd Duck. You’ll love every second!

Best corn bread ever, do yourself a favour and order it. I would have loved to come back just for thr cornbread but we ran out of time for a second visit. The ceviche was delicious with an unexpected strawberries sauce. The scallops were also delicious and fresh with the vegetables paired. The roasted seasonal vegetables were okay, I had some pieces that were slightly firmer than I would have likes but great flavour overall.

I recently visited Odd Duck on a trip to Austin with friends. We had a great experience here. Delicious food, great drinks and excellent service. We didn’t do the small plates to share; we just each chose our own and felt full at the end. And don’t skip the desserts!

Solo dinner after arriving in Austin 1hr before. Can quite honestly say it was one of the most delicious meals I’ve had in a long time. I had 3 of the veggie dishes, an incredible dessert and lovely wines. Great atmosphere. The service was brilliant by Kiwi Alistair. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This place is a MUST do! Amazing small plates, great drink menu and the farm-to-table experience is fantastic! We let our waiter choose our food and it could not have been more perfect.

Had the most unreal experience here with my boyfriend! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. What an amazing night! Everyone from the chef to the valet was so enthusiastic about the restaurant and had such a joyful positive attitude. The food was delicious and unique. We sat at the Chef’s counter (highly recommend) and were able to watch right into the kitchen and observe the chefs. We were offered samples throughout the night as the chefs cooked for us which made the experience even more personal and exciting. This dinner was worth every penny.
