I have been eating here for years . The best deli in Austin!!! The food is awesome and always fresh. Very reasonably priced. Also have to say how great the staff and owner are. Give the food and the folks that work there an A+
This was my first visit. I was looking for a sandwich shop, boy did I find one. ? I had the turkey pastrami Reuben. It was way better than expected. The sandwich was actually served hot. I'm so full right now. These folks don't play around with their craft .
Eclectic location, with wonderful food.
TLDR: They had no right to make sandwiches this good.This wasn't my first visit to this place, but the first time I've remembered to take pictures and such. This place is truly phenomenal. every time I have been here, they hit top marks. It certainly isn't "cheap", but I wouldn't call it pricey, and the food is well worth it. the Aesthetic is pretty classic deli, a bit cramped, and but the whole place feel comfortable. The Reuben that I had this time was amazing. The sauerkraut is piled high, as is the meat, and the dressing balances everything out perfectly. I'd eat here every day is my waistline and wallet could handle it. 5/5.

Offering a variety of sandwich and bread options, I'm sure you'll find one that tickles your fancy. Their curry chicken sandwich was amazing. I've lived in Austin for 22 years and this is by far my favorite sandwich place. It has an unbelievably good tuna melt. I introduced my wife to it and it's all she will order now. The tuna melt is my favorite also, but you should also check out the grilled pastrami or the Rachel. Also love the sloppy joe (different from what you think). Family owned business that never fails me! Stop reading this and GO RIGHT NOW ?
Nice little place, I always love to try a new deli spot. I had two sandwiches both were very good, as well as a side of fries which were not special at all and kind of underwhelming, but other than that I wouldn't mind coming back here.
Love the cozy, family oriented atmosphere. I visited with my Uncle and had an awesome experience. My first restaurant I visit while in Austin and made us feel at home. It’s definitely a place you want to go where staff will know you by name. They pay attention to delivery custom, profession, personalized service that will keep you coming back. I ordered The Grilled Tuna Melt sandwich and can’t wait to put this phone down so I can dig in!!!! Now that’s fast service during the beginning of the peak of the lunch rush! ????
Service was great. This place has dope vibes and the sandwiches are badass. Love my Reuben.
