Stopped by this morning… Solid food and to-the-point service. Wasn’t too busy but I’ve definitely seen the line out the door. Waited about 15 minutes for food. Nice spot but can fill up quick… suggest getting there early
Hands down the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my life. The bagels are perfectly cooked and fluffy. I had the Empire sandwich. Nothing but excellence, great staff too, they were super friendly and helped me make the perfect choice for my flavor preferences.
Best! I literally have nothing bad to say… actually one time they didn’t have their strawberry cream cheese but the honey walnut cream is just as good!
Bagels are the best I’ve had outside of NYC, honestly maybe even better than those. Chew is perfect, flavors are amazing, it’s a very very good bagel everyone should try. If you’re questioning it, honestly go for it. You will not be disappointed. Huge fan of their pastrami as well, always juicy and pairs perfectly with their bagels. 10/10, possibly even 11/10.
We visited on Monday, so didn’t have any waiting problem and Bagels were great!Restrooms are so clean! It is also great to have an outdoor option. The only negative thing is the volume of the music outside. Maybe it can be lowered.
On a recent trip to ATX, a friend who went to UT recommended Nervous Charlie's for breakfast. He specifically suggested the pastrami bagel sandwich. When I went they were out of pastrami.I ordered online on a Monday morning around 9 a.m. They were out of the pastrami and a few other items. I opted for a ham, cheddar and egg breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel with jalapenos as topping. Within twenty minutes, it was ready.There's a small outdoor patio and a dining room inside with a giant mural of a dog one of the walls.The service was great, but my sandwich was just average. It wasn't bad at all, just not noteworthy. My drip coffee was just meh.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had the Tree Hugger on the everything bagel and instantly became a fan! I'll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu :) Wonderful establishment with spectacular bagels !
Very busy bagel place but well worth the wait. Definitely recommend ordering online. The classic breakfast sandwich is phenomenal on an everything bagel with either bacon or sausage.

Best bagel I've ever had. Soft and chewy like a real New York bagel. Best cream cheese I have ever tasted. Food wise this place is incredible. The service there is very bad.They have kiosk ordering that only allows you to have your bagles sliced or toasted if you order cream cheese already on the bagel.If you order cream cheese They put it on for you...and yes I said it's the best cream cheese I've ever tasted, but they put on way too much, and there's no option on the kiosk to ask for light cream cheese, or even to just get a second bagel sliced and toasted so you could spread it thinner yourself.So long story short, the bad service ruins the good food. Either have humans take the order, or increase the choices on the kiosk. And definitely don't have your employees tell the customers there too stupid to figure out how to use a kiosk.
