I love this northern Indian cuisine. The food was spectacular, even turning one of my non- believer friends to the Indian cuisine light side. The samosas are beyond belief delicious, and the sauces that go with them make them perfect. Very good.
Food tasted great. Except the white rice which wasn't cooked properly for some reason, everything else was great. Mutton curry was exceptional. They'd do better to make Tikka masala curries with more pieces then gravy. But main plus is the service. The waiters and host (guessing the owner also) were very attentive and took care of everything with beaming smiles. Made it a great experience.
We ordered delivery the first time and the food was amazing! The dosa is so tasty and fresh. We loved it so much that about a week later we attempted to go eat in person. I don’t know if the air conditioner was broken that day or what, but it was easily over 80 degrees inside. We stood waiting for a host for about 10 minutes unnoticed, until we decided it was too hot to enjoy eating there. I would order delivery again, but don’t plan on going to this restaurant to dine in any time soon.
Ordered the Saag Panner, Vegas Korma and Tikka Masala and in my opinion this is very runny. Would never order again.
The best South Indian food . Staff is very friendly. I always had the best experience
Excellent weekend buffet, must try the Tandoori chicken, Tikka Masala, and Naan
Nala's is really the most authentic, high quality Indian food in Austin.I moved to Austin a few months ago and was craving Indian food. My apartment happened to be right by NALA's and it was a blessing. Nala's is genuinely the best Indian food I've ever had outside of Asia (I've eaten Indian food in India itself and also during my time living in Singapore where there is also a large Indian population). The food at Nala's rivals any Indian food I had in Singapore or India. In addition the staff is so nice and will make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommended!
I used to love this place. I have an eaten here many times! Also so delicious! I ordered it from lunch today for my son and I said I didn’t get past the order. The things that I did get was a chicken dish that was halfway full in a little tiny container and a side of rice with multiple small dark black hairs. Everyone in this household has very light brown hair or red. It was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this place to go. I’m not sure what type of hair it is but it is extremely disgusting
Good food good service, was very craving for dosa from while. Pepper chicken is okie as apps I found it little gravy on it. I will have a rice or any bread with that. Taste is great though, I will be back.
We went there for launch buffet, there was only one lady in the floor to serve (not to serve- she just showed where to sit) .Here the story begins, there was only rice and cabbage veggie available in the tray, there was no paneer in paneer tika and chicken tikka masala. They wanted us to sit and wait for Fish, chicken and veg Biryani , we waited for more than 30 minutes but trays were still empty. We work hard to eat good food, but this place is so disgrace to its customers. It was my first time experience, I am writing this with very heavy heart, please don’t go there . (I have posted the pic of empty trays along with this review)
