This Moonies NEVER disappoints. Best burgers in town, great shakes and plenty of sides to choose from. Really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Staff is always friendly, great setting with TVs, the owner takes great care of the establishment, and the great dining experience you expect is ensured. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.
For this weekend's burger place we selected Moonies Burger House by Anderson Mill for lunch. I tried their "El Diablo" Burger with fries and drink (Yes, the combo). The bun and the pattie were excellent. Based on the description, I was expecting the burger to be a little bit more spicy but it was not... Not sure if it was a mistake or something was missing. Either way, it was a very good burger for the price and will definitely deserve a more frequent visit from us.
This place has got to be in top 5 or top 10 burger joints in Austin easily. The burgers are very good and thicker than your normal patty. Tater tots and fries are always fresh. The ice cream shakes are really good, smooth and will put you to sleep. 3 locations and you won't be disappointed.
Just tried Moonies for the first time & I'm hooked! I had the chili burger and fries. The chili is very flavorful. I'm getting chili cheese fries next time. My wife had the dipper. Having a burger with Havarti cheese & Au Jus is absolutely delicious. The coconut iced tea is a tasty alternative to soda. I can't wait to come back.
Only one complaint. It’s about 2-3 bucks overpriced per person. I love it but MOOYAH is cheaper and you get more fries , not that you need all those fries. Just knock a few bucks off y’all it’s a burger not Salmon.
These burgers taste good! And awesome onion rings; not greasy! We had some friends from out of state and they wanted to eat at a local place, but not Tex Mex! The decision was easy. They loved the food.

Seriously stellar vegan burgers from this place. Their sides are tasty as well. We eat here about once a month if not more often. The staff has been great throughout the pandemic and the food speaks for itself. I will try to capture a picture the next time we are there. Their monthly burgers are great to enjoy, although not all can be made vegan.You MUST try the fried mushrooms ... the best we have ever enjoyed, ever, ever, ever!
Excellent!!! Out of towners here for a quick bite and loved it. Will definitely come back.
