Good food and friendly staff. I had never been here but will definitely be back to try a couple of more items. They could clean the dining area a little better as a lot of the tables were dirty. Also not sure why but there were buckets of what looked like lemonade sitting out on tables with ladles also just laying on the table, kinda unsanitary IMO.
So nice to have a fresh salad while travelling. Thai coconut sald was pretty tasty. Chicken was a little overdone and could have used a touch more dressing. But the peach, ginger lemonade was delicious.Tofu is a bit salty, pizza seemed fine, rice crispy treat was delicious. People were accommodating and friendly!
I love the food & service here. But the place is always so dirty and smelly it turns me off. Even if you sit outside on the patio, the tables are never clean & dishes stacked up by the door draw flies. So unfortunate….
The Ahi Tuna Nicoise salad was superb! One of the very best I’ve had. Fresh, filling, tasty ingredients and a wonderfully addicting dressing - a perfect citrusy lemon vinaigrette. The ginger carrot lemonade was a great, refreshing surprise. I’ll be back for lunch most definitely. They cater office lunches & accommodate inside & outside diners. Friendly staff.
This place used to be fine. Just started coming back to the office after 2 years and this place has gone down hill. Picked up my to go order and asked for a bag. The woman working the expediter area was so extremely rude from go i felt like I was being punked. I asked for a bag. She just said No. that's it. I asked why not. Her response: because you only have one plate of food. I said, so? What am I supposed to just carry this to my car and to my office and up stairs etc. She said yes. By this point her attitude was getting to me, so I asked to speak to a manager. At which point she threw a bag at me and said "here." I said let me speak to your manager. To which she refused. And then refused to give me her name. I left and called. Spoke to a manager and told him my experience. Apparently they've recently instituted this new policy of one order = no bag. Even if you ask for one. If I'm paying $15 for lunch and running back and forth between my desk and this place, I think you can spare a 3 cent bag.Train your employees (this person's attitude was completely uncalled for, but I guess she's probably tired of having to defend such a stupid policy - I'm CERTAIN I'm not the only one who's given issue with this). Based on this customer service experience, stupid policy, and mediocre food I'm definitely choosing other lunch options 5 days a week over this place.
Rude staff behind the counter and inaccurate orders more than half the time. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving there if you do take out which is a huge hassle but you probably will not get what you want. The staff are consistently condescending or rude, I don't understand. Gave 2 stars because at least the carrot juice drink is good.
The food is a lot better than I expected. ??I say this because from the time I stood to order I regretted going in there. All the staff behind the counter and food prep folks didn't seem to have any joy in life. They were so dry in attitudes, almost rude.Also, the restroom needs a lot of attention. I normally think these two issues, the pleasant attitude of staffs and cleanliness of a place shows the good or poor ability of a manager in position. At any workplace, if the supervisor brings a good vibe the rest flows with easiness. Thus the 4 stars.
First time eating here. It took me 15 minutes to read through all the delicious ingredients before deciding. Being keto can be a pain when you are out to eat, especially somewhere that whips the food together as quickly as they did. I ordered a rice bowl (with cauliflower rice substitution) with lemon pork, a side salad with tahini yogurt dressing instead of the vinegarette and roasted vegetables. Came with a side of bomb chimichurri. It. Was. So. Good! It was enough for 2 meals for me. I will 100% be going back to try more delisiousness.
Normally, we love this place. After 3+ years of enjoying the food, we ordered a salad that was delivered with a box cutter in it. Luckily, it surfaced while stirring in the dressing. How ABSURD is it to have this happen?! Nasty and dangerous!
The food is great. The customer service borders on rude if not offensive. I've never been to a place where the employees were so unhelpful, smug and even condescending. And that included the supposed on duty manager.However, if you can ignore that annoying aspect, the food is pretty good, especially since they've expanded their menu, and it's healthy. It's a nice option for "fast food" that won't leave you feeling like you just took a week off of your life for having eaten it. My favorites are the salmon and grilled steak. But the blackened chicken isn't bad either.
