I was craving their pizza only to find out they were closed. Subway staff next door told me it was due to 'staffing issues.' This happened a couple times.I wrote to corporate, no response.They've lost me as a customer and I hope many more.Check before you go to make sure they're open or pick a different pizza place (that's reliable).
While I love the pizza and the quality of every MOD I’ve been to. This was an extremely unfortunate incident that has probably caused me not to return. After receiving my pizza, I took a bite after getting through half of my meal. Bit down pretty hard on what looks to be a piece of the concrete that encloses the oven. When I brought it to the attention of the staff. They acted as if this wasn’t the first occurrence that the oven has chipped off. I hope it hasn’t happened to anyone else that the oven has chipped off into someone’s pizza. I attached two pictures of when I retrieved it from my mouth and after I cleaned it off. I did get my meal refunded but I hope this brings light to the issue so it can get rectified.
The WORST location ever! Unfortunately I live close to it. Staff is so rude! Like mental issues rude. I experienced them like 3 times every time I’m like they cant be that bad today too but they don’t disappoint!The dough is bad, No where near fresh as all other locations I’ve been to. The inside is just dirty and smells awful. The restrooms are nasty and the faucet is broken. Logically, The least to be done is to fire this locations manager and the whole staff along with him/her!
Food was great, service was great.the bathroom tho was completely different. There were paper towels in the urinal and it was overflowing in the floor. The floor was sticky and you could see the streaks from a dirty mop. Soap dispenser broken. Paper towels dispenser broken.. hot water button on the sink.... Broken. You gotta have hot water for health inspection don't you?
Bless MOD Pizza for having non dairy option.bThe mod team handled an emergency classroom pizza order without a hitch. My vegan kid got to eat pizza with his class without feeling weird. He said the crust was delicious.
Just stumbled in...holy moly!! Fantastic pizza and the vibe is laid back cool. Good music and friendly staff. Run. Don't walk to try this pizza!

Pizza is fine - just the same as other MOD locations but the staff was rude. The person who took my order sold expired Horizon milk. When I went to explain and get a replacement she said “if it’s expired throw it away!” Isn’t it her job to dispose of my and the other expired milk containers? I had to ask again if I could get a replacement, which she agreed to but was watching me the whole time as though I was about to shoplift milk. The cook was cursing up a storm when my order was called. Won’t be back to this location
