The sushi here tasted pretty fresh compared to other local places I have visited. The salmon was a little over cooked for my taste. I am also used to having a kettle of green tea vs one mug I can't refill. It was a fun visit but I think I will continue to search for 'MY' sushi spot.

Went with my wife and a friend based on a recommendation from a coworker. I had been looking for a place that had Japanese style curry, and this place didn't disappoint! My wife got the pan fried gyoza and the Dragon Roll - she loved them as well. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. We will be back to try more of the menu in the very near future.

Fresh, well packaged, awesome rolls. I got the lemon salmon and the big shot. Both were very good! The nigiri was also good but the fish was huge, had to cut them in half lol. Would order here again.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere feels like you are in japan.

My wife and I decided to try Miyo Yakitori & Sushi for our date night dinner place. Being Friday night, the place was fairly busy but we got seated within 15 min. We started up with Veggie Tempura followed by Fuji Roll (Crab/avocado inside topped with Eel and Salmon) and Miyo Combo (6 PCs of chef's choice sushi, 1 Salmon roll which is my choice of house roll, 1 Spicy Tuna Temaki and Miso soup). The veggie tempura was excellent; the light batter did not overpower but highlighted the veggie flavors. The rolls had a very nice consistency where the layer of rice that wrapped the seafood, in addition to being well seasoned, was not too compressed or too sticky. The 6 pieces of chef's choice Sushi were also excellent with "just right" consistency of rice that did not fall apart while eating and the fish on top were firm and shiny. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.

I was excited to try out this ‘authentic japanese restaurant’, as categorized on google maps. But, after dining in at this establishment, I realized it is not authentic at all.The tofu used in the agedashi tofu was way too firm and hard. The seaweed used in the udon was sliced kombu instead of wakame. The udon noodles was overcooked as compared to authentic japanese udon standard. The service was good, except I was extremely puzzled when we raised our hand to get one of the servers attention for taking our orders, she took notice and redirected this task to another server that just came back from cleaning a table out on the patio instead of serving us herself.

The food was good but the wait time and the service was completely unacceptable. One person in our party got their cooked food within 15 minutes of ordering and we still had to wait a good hour for the sushi. We watched numerous people wait a very long time for take out orders. One we talked to had a pickup time 1 hour before his order was ready. It was insane! The reason I gave them 3 stars is the sushi was good and the portions were great for the prices.

I tried all of the yakitori and everything was very good! I tried some appetizers too from their kitchen and their sushi bar, and everything so lovely.Really commended place to chill out with cold sake ❤️

I was so excited to have my Birthday Lunch on 2/10/22 with my Son at this Restaurant. Such delicious food and friendly staff. The soup before the meal is so good too. I just need to learn on how to properly eat with ? ? I live in Killeen but the trip is so worth it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was great. Sushi was presented nicely and fresh. That said, the service was dismal. The restaurant was full and it appeared they were lacking enough staff to handle the business. We were there for over 2 hours for what should have been a one hour meal. Just two of us, nothing extravagant. The take out line was often out the door. There was a door dasher there that waited 45 minutes for their order that was supposed to be ready when she arrived. This restaurant is overwhelmed and needs to revisit their model. The door dash orders and take out definitely hurt three dining experience.
