One of the best ramen restaurants in Austin! The miso was very flavorful with the noodles at just the right amount of bite, the chashu don dish was moist saucy and very delicious, the rice would soak up the left over sauce just complimenting the dish, the ajitama was runny and very delicious, was afraid to experience the typical over cooked egg that other places just serve but gotta say took a risk and was not disappointed! The spicy oil is my fav! The oil is garlicky and nutty with just a good amount of spice that makes you want more! 10/10Also, I loved the dine in experience & going to check out their Asian market after we were done eating!

Broth and noodles are legit, albeit the latter was clumpy due to delivery time and separation from broth.Worst braised pork belly ever. Burned one side and didn’t cook the other.Pork burnt ends tasted like they forgot them in their teriyaki marinade bath for a week. There was no yummy fatty bits just the acidic break down of the pork.

Michi Ramen has been on my must-try ramen list for a while and I finally ordered from the Spicewood Springs location. They only have take-out and delivery now but are working to open the restaurant. Currently, they are in the Asia Market. Great flavors in the ramen. I got the classic Michi with diced beef. I’d get this one again. Looking forward to it opening for dine-in.

I usually always get take away from here but they never disappoint! Extremely friendly customer service, quick, & my food is always hot by the time I get home! They never skimp on noodles or the sides, honest 10/10 highly recommend! Have not gone to another Ramen place since I've had Michi!

This is a great ramen place in Austin. We went there and my wife was craving to go back two days later. We ordered the Michi ramen and the Sapporo ramen as those were highly eecommended. Both are very tasty and you can select options for add-ins or toppings. The store itself is not open for dine-in yet, but you can order for pickup. Keep in mind it looks kind of strange when you walk in because it's not set up yet. All and looks like you're in a waiting room or something. They're building out a grocery store and a restaurant. The downside to ordering takeout is the broth is not hot when you get home, so make sure you heat it up if you want a tasty bowl of hot ramen. Great place and we'll be back.

This place is awesome. If you’re looking for a great ramen place without the high cost this place is it. Loved how you have the build your own bowl option. The guy working there’s had a nice positive energy to him. Will definitely come again.

This is some really good ramen. The portion was pretty good, it looked awesome, smelled awesome, and tasted out of this world.

Ordered delivery from here and thought it was pretty good. They separate out the brother from the noodles so it keeps its freshness. Honestly I was a little worried how this would work for delivery but it was pretty good and I imagine eating there would be even better. Will try this again for sure.

Always soooo good! They switched locations, the anderson mill location is now off spicewood springs. Flavor hasn’t been sacrificed! I have to stop myself from ordering weekly. Really savory and always nice employees

Ordered Chashu ramen. Got ground pork. and when it arrived it was not even close to hot. not sure if Uber eats or Michi but was not what I ordered or expected.
