One of the best ramen joint in Austin. Whenever we are in Austin, we make sure to visit this place. Quick service and good food.
My wife and I eat at Michi regularly and absolutely love it! We made an order online today and went to pick it up, only to find out that we had messed up the ordering and had accidentally selected rice bowls instead of ramen. When explaining the situation, the manager was very understanding and offered to give us noodles and broth so we could just move the toppings over. Incredibly thankful for what was offered, I asked how much I owed, since I figured there would be a price difference. The manager then went beyond and said not to worry about it. With this level of customer service and just how delicious the food is, we will continue to eat at Michi!
Great Ramen but very stupid management.Why you ask? Here is why, I drove over 40 minutes and wanted order 4 sides of Ajitama eggs and the person on the phone could not take my order because its just sides. Upon request, she checked with her manager and told me that they cant sell me side orders unless I order the main course. Extremely disappointed. Probably Michi is doing great business and doesn't care about customers with side orders. I will take my business somewhere else.
Honestly came here because it seemed to have good reviews, but I was massively disappointed. The quality of the meat and noodles was severely underwhelming. The broth was excessively greasy. Too pricey to be paying that much for subpar food.Tried the meat lovers and it was just not good. 0/10.
We order the Sapporo with spicy ground pork. After they relocated to their current location, they seemed to lose the umame and spicy quality. Still very rich and the same thick, ingredient-full bowl, but something is missing. Please bring back the original richness and spice!
My boyfriend and I love this place we get the same thing everytime just wish it was open to sit down service. The food is great and they add and substitute anything you wish.
Extremely poor customer service. I had to wait for a long period before the women at the register even acknowledged me, when she finally said something it was with an attitude. She was also rude while taking my order so I canceled it and headed to a better Ramen Shop.
Super delicious but they forget to add the ajitama I pay for about 80% of the time

The jungle ramen is delicious sad that its only take out only but food stays hot even when I get home! They prepare the take out containers well never had any spills from the broth
