To start, the bowls are nothing to call home about. Definitely depends on the time of day, and sometimes just depends on the day period when it comes to food quality. The portion size does not match the price, and when you request more of a certain ingredient, they'll upcharge you (which is expected) but give you the exact same amount as the regular portion. This has happened at least 3 or 4 times. The owner seems far too worried about saving a buck than satisfying customers.Which brings me to the main reason this place loses stars. The customer service from management is atrocious. The owner will actually argue with customers. We've heard complaints about him not agreeing with food quality and personal experiences. Just today we attempted to redeem a free bowl, as part of the rewards program THEY offer, and the owner argued with us about how we called our order in over the phone. The girl working was noticeably embarrassed, as the guy almost refused to give us our food, and intensely stared us down as we left. That's the second time they have argued about their own rewards program. The first time, I got a text one morning from Fivestars offering a discount on a bowl that day, so I went in, ordered a bowl and the employee said "No, we're not doing that anymore". I got the text an hour prior to that. Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him?!All in all: The atmosphere is extremely bland, there are minimal food options to choose from, the quality is hit or miss, the place is almost always empty which is weird, and with all of that the customer service is laughable. Wont be forking over $16 for a meal at this place ever again.
Bowl was good, and all the ingredients seemed fresh. The location is also nice with ample parking and a clean, fresh feel inside. They appear to do a lot of deliveries.Paying was a little awkward as they made you tell them the tip amount. They also don’t give a receipt unless you ask.
What a fabulous quick lunch experience! The place is super clean, the girl who served us was super helpful and my poke bowl was super fresh and tasty. Easy 5 stars from me. ❤️
This place is pretty good! My first time there, staff was pleasant enough, and I piled my bowl with a lot of things! The ahi tuna and crabmeat were good, and I did a lot of fresh veggies and fruits. Pricey at $15 but it was a treat and I’d come back!
Great portion, a little overpriced, taste of the food was good. But it was so uncomfortable having the cashier watch me pay, it's like your forced into tiping, hate when this happens. Sad to say I'll be going somewhere else next time.

Neither had any sort of sauce that comes with or was chosen. Tasted like bland mush. Called up to let them know and the guy basically called me a liar while trying to plead his case that he made them correctly.More disappointed in the lack of customer service than the actual food.
The first time I ordered from here it was really good. Last night not so much. After a call and a complaint about the missing sauce, we were told the sauces were added and basically called a liar. Unfortunately my tastebuds disagree. The attitude not necessary. Your opinion not important. I am the one paying and I say it wasn’t good. Think twice before ordering from here. Food - below average. Attitude - bad. Customer Service - none.

Delicious food and a simple, uncomplicated menu. Friendly and reliable staff! I eat here once a week because the food is great, the fish is fresh, and I can get in and out quickly.
Visiting the area and I love a good poké bowl. Overall my experience was great. There’s a slip of paper to mark what you’d like if you choose to design your own bowl. The presentation was phenomenal ? The ladies behind the counter were nice and the atmosphere was cute. The strawberry lemonades were delicious and fresh.
