Excellent veggie Lasagnas and varieties of salads to try. 99% of the food is made from scratch. For example, the pizza dough is a combination of flowers and the cheese is also a combination of different types of cheeses.The salad ingredients are mostly from local growers and nearly all organic. The dressings are good and made from scratch. The Marye's bowl is tasty. the detox salad is very popular.The salmon can be cooked fresh for you. The cookies are soft and good.The staff is very nice and easy going. Ask for Randy to make your lasagnas or anything if you feel adventurous. Friday nights are the most busy & usually have a wait.A very tasty salad that's quite healthy is red beets, blue cheese, blueberries, oranges, arugula, brussel sprouts, & Raspberry vinaigrette.
The cashier was nice and helpful....my order was made fast (I appreciated not waiting long) on a small pizza to be made.
Out of the way and unassuming, Marye's hits the mark for a quiet little neighborhood restaurant. The pizza and calzone are great. The salads are delicious. The lasagna is sublime and the staff are friendly. Take and bake, takeout or eat in - give Marye's a try!
