Once I advertised this place, so it had its own atmosphere, now it has become a place of indifference. It happened that the employee just makes a banana dessert with Nutella and just smears more Nutella than the whole dessert. After this incident, I did not come for several months, but being in a good mood, I stopped by to buy a latte ... they gave me tea to a latte ... I said that I asked for coffee (I didn’t have to explain earlier that latte was coffee), as a result, an employee with obvious indifference poured me black strong coffee. I left him and left. You earned $6+$1 and a negative comment. I'm not a taxi driver, but I need an honest feedback, when everything is fine, I will be the very first to advertise the institution, which I did when I attracted a large number of Tesla employees, but when I feel this attitude, I'm sorry, but the truth is the truth.
Helping a friend move, and was delighted to find this for breakfast not too far away! We had a Southside caramel latte and a 4 Leaf Clover latte along with a turkey bacon pesto croissant and a plain toasted cheese croissant, and it was a fantastic way to start the day. The coffee wasn't too sweet and the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the service was great! It wasn't too busy when I got there, and my order came very quickly (but still gave me time to look over the Dream Bakery pastries! The apple hand pie and the chocolate croissant were phenomenal). 12/10, will definitely be back next time I visit!
My girlfriend and I came here a lot when we first moved into the area. We really like the coffee and food there, but the past 3-4 times we’ve gone they have forgotten half of the food we ordered. One day I ordered breakfast for us to take home and we opened the bag at home and there was only my food. A couple of weeks ago I ordered and waited 20 minutes for my order before I asked where it was. They gave me a complementary coupon, but when I opened my breakfast at work only half of the order was there. They have good food and drinks, but I would check your bags before leaving. I’ve missed like $20 worth of food.
I just need to share this review. I’ve ordered from Malone’s probably 5+ times now and have always had a good experience. This past time I ordered, I was on my way to pick up my order and got a flat tire. I called in to tell them I would be late and ask if I could pick up later. The barista was so quick to ask if I was okay and safe and ensured he’d hold onto my order. THEN, a couple hours later, another barista calls me back to ask around what time I would be in to pick up so that she could remake my order to be fresh. ( ?) She wanted to make sure I got my order during a stressful day. This turned a horrible day around. The food and drink were stellar per usual. This will always be a favorite of mine!!
Came to Austin for a weekend and was staying close to this coffee shop. Everything I tried was so good! The drinks and the food are super good, the employees are very nice! Highly recommend this place.
I come here every morning for coffee. It's typically busy which no worries. I waited around for about 15 minutes, which isn't typical. So I simply just asked to make sure. I was immediately snapped at and with hand in my face "it's coming, I have a lot of drinks to make!" My apologies. I was not aware of online orders. No clue. When the shop is now empty and no one in the shop and still haven't received my coffee...you'd think there'd be some priority. So unbelievably rude. Another 5 minutes went by and so I just let them know I had to go. 20 minutes to wait for a coffee when no one is there. Maybe someone should have stepped in and helped the guy. I run a restaurant and would never let a team member lag or allow employees to treat guests this way. Simple communication goes a long way.
This place is right in our neighborhood! We’ve been coming here for years! My gf LOVES their coffee beans. I don’t even like coffee in general, but their lattes and mochas are real good!
Was excited to try a local business when I found myself needing to provide coffee for 20 or so volunteers working on an Eagle Scout Project. My family operates on cash only so when I sent someone with cash to pick up my order I was floored to get a call telling me cash is not accepted. Forcing customers to use credit to purchase coffee is a restrictive policy. It was a disappointing experience. Obviously, we won't return on the cash policy alone.
Great coffee and staff. The venue is pretty cool but tucked away in the corner. They ran out of burritos before I got there, but the food looks pretty good.
Good coffee. The employees are super friendly and will chat with you if things aren't too busy.Nice place to grab a cup a' joe
