Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. i am a vegetarian and ordered a burrito with avocado (subbing the meat), no beans (since it has bacon lard), and drove 15 mins to pick up, only to get home and bite into EXTRA bacon, no avocado, and beans.the mistake doesn't bother me, what bothers me is how they handled it.spoke with owner to get a refund, she said she can't process a refund without me bringing the burrito back (which i wasn't going to do since i don't live close by), and she asked me to text her a photo, so i did that, then she proceeds with letting me know that she cannot process a refund due to policy.spent $ on food being thrown in the garbage and dealt with a very inexperienced, careless manager.

I’ve been here several times. Unfortunately I have found the food to be not consistent. My previous visit, the food was great! Today there was a hair in my food, and my potatoes tasted old and over fried. The staff is mostly really friendly. And the place feels clean.Today BOTH of their restrooms were “out of order.”They should have had that posted on the door. This restaurant has lost my business.

The tacos are LARGE. When you want some quick, delicious, made to order breakfast tacos, this place hits the spot. Stopped here on the way back to Houston and we were in and out and FULL in thirty minutes.

Best tacos, we go once a week. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms! Worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. If a restaurant keeps their bathrooms clean, they keep the kitchen clean too. One of my pet peeves. The food is always great. The family owned joint is a high priority when we consider where to spend our money. The food is always good. Can't miss.

This FOOD y'all! It's hidden in a tiny strip center at the end of Manchac just before 1626 but it's goooooood! Their taco shells are homemade, the breakfast burritos are monstrous, they offer like 6 different salsas. The food is just so good and the people are so warm and accommodating. Love this place!

Breakfast tacos are the best. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The coffee is good and so is the Mexican drinks from the fountain. Very tasty. We'll be back soon again.

The food was amazing! I wish the tortillas would have been homemade but aside from that everything was so delicious and HUGE portions; we definitely didn't account for that.

Absolutely amazing food, incredibly filled tacos, and a wonderful place. Employees are all fantastic, and there are tons of regulars that come in, with the employees knowing what they get!! I will more than gladly drive 30 minutes for this place and their food. Not expensive at all. This is such a lovely place!!

I have been here probably a hundred times in the past five years since I moved to Austin. I always order the huevos rancheros but today I came in order the same thing, was given a tiny tiny bowl of ranchero sauce and it wasn't enough to even cover my eggs so I asked for another side of ranchero sauce. I told the lady it was I was not given enough and she argued with me and told me that was the same amount they always give. I wasn't going to sit there and argue with her over ranchero sauce but being a customer for years I knew this wasn't the case and she was just being really ugly and rude to me. I wasn't even able to eat my food because there was no sauce to cover it with. I'm so confused I used to come here to eat all the time and they were very sweet not sure what this change of attitude is about. My boyfriend ordered a bacon egg and cheese taco and received a sausage egg and cheese taco. We didn't have time to wait for them to correct the order or to beg for more ranchero sauce so we left without eating. Very very disappointed. I think if you're going to charge $10 for a little huevos rancheros plate you should at least provide enough ranchero sauce to cover the eggs. I'm not a picky person and I used to love this place but I definitely won't be back again. Horrible customer service

Best breakfast tacos ever! So glad they re-opened on Sundays! (No time during week to eat breakfast out)
