Such a gorgeous estate and restaurant, loved everything from the silverware to the seating. Service was phenomenal. We really weren't happy with the Grilled Cheese dish and sensed similar feelings at the tables that ordered around us, we started and ended our meal with bread and that just didn't feel like the best (despite waiter recommending Grilled Cheese last given its sweet profile from the cherries). Wish we had more room for dessert, will have to come back and try again.

Very excited to come to this restaurant having been booked up nearly every day for a whole month I finally managed to slip a reservation in for a birthday. Great ambiance however portion sizes were tiny for the price and set up of the restaurant. Servers detailed every single dish which to an extent is nice in fine dining but in this case, felt like we were taking a college course and had an exam at the end of the meal. Very unique meals with interesting flavors, Iâm glad we tried it but not sure if Iâd return except for drinks. We also wanted to offer the estate bread and the chickpeas but our server looked at us sideways and told us she would highly recommend a $70 entree to pair with the bread for the âultimate experienceâ. Rubbed us the wrong way and we felt pressured to order another item on the menu which she said she also highly recommended but when we received it, it was not the most appetizing (the green dish) and we didnât finish. I will not discredit the outstanding planning and preparation and skill set in the kitchen it just was not our preference. Iâd advise looking at yelp reviews of the food so you can see what your actually receiving before you order. They had a beautiful presentation for a birthday with a card signed by the staff which was very sweet and different from any restaurant Iâve been to. The dessert was also divine 10/10. If you are a more adventurous eater this is the place for you! And if your looking for a more formal experience when dining you should definitely come here! Beautiful but smaller restaurant with gorgeous decor felt slightly confined and ended up moving outside for warmth and space which was equally as nice as sitting inside. During the day the patio overlooks the garden and it feels as though youâve traveled to a Lake Como villa. Mixed reviews on different aspects but overall did like the restaurant and would come back for drinks and dessert. Thank you to the staff for making my birthday special!!
The food was extremely average for the price. Overall a major disappointment.
Pretty loud. Very expensive for the amount of food you actually get. We had 4 people and they assumed we wanted double of all the appetizers we ordered since we had more than 2 people and our bill was substantially more than what we wanted to pay since they made this decision for us. I wish the server had asked us before just assuming we needed double of everything.

Incredible experience, the wait staff was unbelievably a-tentative. The ambiance was great. The food was outstanding. A hidden gem in Austin for sure.
