Ice cream wasn’t very good. We visited since we were at Thinkery and saw good reviews. But wasn’t worth it.Didn’t help that the girl seemed annoyed that we were looking over our options to decide. It was our first (and last) visit.
Hard to mess up ice cream, but we tried like 5 different kinds and didn’t really like any of them. And staff seemed annoyed that we didn’t know what we wanted right off the bat. Not a fan. Plenty of other good ice cream places out there.
Hands down one of the best ice cream spots of Austin! I had the vegan chocolate ice cream. It was sooooo good and chocolatey. I will be back soon to try more flavors. Easy parking near by as well.
Great tasting vegan options and creative seasonal options. The goats cheese, honey and thyme ice cream pairs very well with the seasonal peach sauce (thanks to the staff who suggested it). I also loved the cilantro and lime ice cream.
Delicious Flavors and friendly service. We got the Lavender Crunch and Tres Leches. Both were amazing and the portions were just enough if you have a sweet tooth. Highly recommend!
The staff is not really friendly and really hard to communicate. This is my third time here and every time I am having the same unpleasant experience because of an employee. We were with kids and really felt unwanted. So not kids friendly!
One of the best ice cream shops in Mueller area, selling exotic ice cream flavors. Their lavender ice cream is my favorite flavor.
Great ice cream store! The ice cream was delicious and I appreciated the high quality/local ingredients. The employees were friendly, and the store was clean and organized
The Texas Sheet Cake ice cream is very good especially paired with their chocolate cone. The staff was super friendly and the location is in a perfect spot right next to the park.
***2/13/22*** I came in to look for a unique ice cream pairing to go with a dessert I intended to make for a special occasion.I have two issues with this establishment:1) The customer service wasn't all that great. There were kids (teenagers) working the counter today and I'm not really about to sit here and go in on kids; however, these particular two still have a thing or two to learn when it comes to customer service. I'll just leave it at that.2) I pleasantly found out today that they do not allow samples? In an ICE CREAM SHOP...that boasts MULTIPLE "ARTISANAL FLAVORS"... I'm assuming because of Covid? So, I just spent $7 (tip included) on trash service and a trash flavor of ice cream that really could've been avoided if samples were allowed. I was really looking forward to supporting this local small business and also finding a flavor of local ice cream to pair with my dish. Oh Well! Do yourselves all a favor and just stick to Blue Bell or even Ben & Jerry's.
