Lichaâs is my favorite restaurant, & once again, it did not disappoint. We had wonderful and attentive waitstaff, who filled our water before we asked (crucial for Texas heat) & yet weâre not at all overbearing. The food was divine. The drinks were so yummy. Will definitely be back soon!
Place right off the bat reminded me of being back in old east Austin visiting my grandma. The hostess was very welcoming and all the staff was SO friendly. Had a margarita which was amazingly made. Not too much mix and was just right with the taquilla. Got a great buzz off of one, definitely a plus! Ordered the Al Pastor tacos, which out of all the places I've been too honestly was my favorite because it reminded me of home made food and the fact its served on a skillet, win! Sat outside next to the casa which was an excellent location, great spot to just chill and relax. Watching people come and go and the music... reminded me of being a kid back at grandma's house in old east Austin. I have to go back. Love this place. Thank you all who run that authentic nostalgic charm; Hostess, Waiter, Cook, Bartender, and Busser. Gracias a todos!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Austin. Beautiful spot, amazing vibe, incredibly fast and responsive staff. Drinks were fabulous and the food is easily Top 3 best Mexican I’ve ever had. Tough to pick on the menu, mostly because there are so many unique combinations that I wasn’t used to. Can’t recommend enough. Too hot to sit out on the patio the day I went, but that also looked spectacular. It’s the kind of place where I bought a T-shirt and will proudly wear it back home. 10/10
We sat outside and it was very comfortable. I guess that’s a bonus of dining at 8:30 PM. Food was delicious as always, and our server and food runners were very kind and patient!

My husband and I just moved to Austin and went here to try out a new spot. We will definitely be back! The food and drinks were fantastic. Truly the best meal we’ve had in Austin. Service was TOP notch. Atmosphere was amazing and authentic and brought us so much joy.
