I ordered the quesadilla platter from here today, they barely put any salsa in the container. The tortillas were chewy like they had been reheated over and over. You barely get any rice and beans with it and they don’t even have flavor. I gave it two stars because the chicken was half decent. Won’t be ordering again.

I went today to this place. It wasn't good. Rice was dry and tasteless, beans where very lightly seasoned, tortillas needes to be grilled more and the salsa needed more peppers.

Poor customer service if you want to be yelled at for not getting up quick enough for your order come to this place. Never again and the quesadillas aren't that great anyway. Teach your workers to treat customers with respect.

This place looks like a place you might just avoid- but it Is a hidden gem- trust meFirst of things like Zucchini Flower Quesadillas- WHAAAT????Huatlacoche Quesadillas- WHAAAAT???Poblano Quesadillas - WHAAAAAT?Reasonably priced- about $5 a quesadillaOr a plate with 2 Quesadillas and rice and beans$10Hot sauces red and green both a greatA good alternative lunch spot- also next to Fiesta Mart in South Austin- so you can grab a few things while your order is prepared- and grab an elote while your infront of FiestaSouth Austin Secret

Not impressed. I was expecting really good quesadillas but instead I got something mediocre that I could have done myself at home. The place is also a mess and the lady taking orders has an attitude.

Just ok.I ordered the platter which came with 2 quesadillas, beans, rice, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. The chicken was extremely bland. No flavor. The mushroom seemed better but just ok.The rice and beans were extremely small portions.Overall it looked like the portions of a school lunch.I prob won’t go again. If I ever did it would be because I was extremely hungry.

When I handed her my credit card, she held it and took a long sip of her drink before running it, while I stood there. My order included a drink but I wasn’t given a cup. After a while I asked for my cup and she handed it to me without saying anything. The Diet Coke tasted bad. So did the Coke. It was warm in there. I ended up eating my food outside while standing, where at least there was a breeze. I liked the quesadilla (asada).

I met the owner who created this restaurant Humberto several years ago. He since has sold it but it remains somewhat the same with some extra added dishes. Best quesadilla you'll ever eat!

The quesadillas were for $2.99 and had a huge jump to $4.49 ?(not so happy about that) they have salsas in a small container with water that was supposed to be ice ALL DAY LONG. The fountain drink machine does not dispense ice, and I believe the soda is supposed come out cold but it is not. They just have a small Styrofoam container with ice and a spoon. The quesadillas are good but I'm afraid I will not stop by anymore.

Just ate here for my first time this past week, the tortillas are AMAZING. Service was also lovely. Recommend to any authentic Mexican food loving person!
