Ordered online 5/4/2022 for pick up at 7:30am. Drove to the Krispy Kreme and there was a sign on the door that said lobby temporarily closed. They did not post any instructions on how to pick up online orders. Drove thru drive thru to try and pick up my order.... there was a sign on drive thru that said they will open later. ( there were employees in the store making donuts and conveyor belt was going) When I called corporate to cancel my order they said this is their "Covid hours" . If this is so, Google should be updated, an arrurate sign should be on the door, and you should not be able to order online from them. I understand short staffing but we've been in a pandemic for 2 years now, the least you can do is post correct hours of operations.
Krispy Kreme spreads joy and this location is no different. Kris and her staff at this location do an amazing job here by ensuring 110% customer service to all the customers. The store was clean, the tables were well arranged and clean. They helped us with the estimated timing of the availability of our favorite donuts and made our entire experience amazing. I’m definitely going back here.
Got my first delivery from Krispy Kreme on research Blvd and I made sure the driver saw me wave and thanked him. I also texted him to thank him but Carlos shot me back a message saying he thought my tip was too low! I had used their standard tip on the app! If the drivers think the tips are too low, they need to approach Krispy Kreme and have their app state what an appropriate tip is rather that shooting rude comments to customers who are thanking them! Most inappropriate behaviour! I don’t care how good their donuts are if I am treated rudely! That’s the first and last time I will get donuts from Krispy Kreme. I’ve already removed their app and contact info!
I don’t frequent Krispy Kream in general but every time I have decided to go, It’s been to this one cuz it’s near my work, and let me say that the staff is always very patient and sweet!! Today when I drove over for a lil treat, one of the super cute boys that work there let me have my donut for free! Made my day. I highly recommend this location!
If you think there's donuts out there better than krispy kreme, you're kidding yourself. I dont know of any other shop that has their donuts go through a freakin glaze waterfall, and every single donut at that. The dough they use is the perfect thickness and softness and everything. Nothing beats KK. Nothing.
Stopped in early after working a night shift and they were very friendly and accommodating. Got a sample donut too! The lady at the counter helped decide what donuts were worth trying for me, and was totally right about the cake batter one.
This location is the best. The cashier informed me they were out of one of the donuts I wanted, and I received the substitute donut on the house. An unexpected act of kindness for a very minor annoyance.
If you go in the evening expecting to buy donuts for the next morning be warned that they will likely be out of many of the fancy donuts. You have to go early like before noon to get those. When I round up the orders I always ask for backup options in case the desired donut is not available. Original Glazed are always available and awesome!
It was fast and fresh! What you expect from a Krispy Kreme. The most outstanding part was the service though. She was so nice. Plus, because one of the blueberry doughnuts was small she compensated with a couple extra. The only knock was that because we traveled from Harker Heights, we wanted to sit in but the inside was closed.
My favorite person in the entire world is the cashier who gave me a donut free sample. I’m PMSing right now. A hot, fresh donut. For free? I could cry. Love this location. Always clean & hard-working employees (give them a raise pls, they deserve it). My coffee was very hot and fresh too. Love y’all.
