4/3/21 10:29amI walk up to door and it’s locked. I walk up to the other door same thing, but there’s no sign on the doors that says drive thru only. I’m a member on the app and it said dine in available. There’s a guy cleaning the floors just staring at me. Doesn’t say a word or hand signs. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be coming to this place. Drove from Kyle Tx down here & was very disappointed.
This place is guaranteed to throw at least a pound on your butt just for driving into the driveway. It's heaven and hell. Heaven while it touches your lips and hell when it attaches to your hips. Best doughnuts I have ever tasted.
Drive through only. Ordered 6 donuts, cake & filled. The oil they used to fry the donuts needs to be changed.l could smell it in the donuts & it upset my stomach.
I ordered donuts this morning and the employee who took my order was patient, kind and friendly. There was a bit of a mix up on my order but the team quickly resolved it and I was on my way. The donuts were delicious and the service was great. Thank you!
I ordered hoilday dozen dounts online that night for delivery for 9am December 16th the next day. The dounts didn't make it until an hour after or later. they didnt put all the holiday dounts in the box. I called to file a complaint and got excuse the door dash is at fault because the store does not open earlier enough. I asked for a call from the head person. she says there is not a head person. she takes the complaints. maybe the manager at that location can call me. she offered me a coupon for another dozen dounts that has to be mailed and it wont be to me until after christmas. I still have not gotten the coupon. I still have not gotten a call back about the horrible service. One of my favorite places dropped the ball an dont care. I am very disappointed in this level of service.
Their donuts were good but the drive thru was closed. Had littles on the trip so it made the purchase harder.
The place looked deserted when we were pulling up but went through the drive through. They were open and the guy let us know that they only had about 6 different type of donuts available. I got 2 of the glazed and they were cold…granted, the “light” wasn’t on so I wasn’t expecting them to be hot but they were cold as if they were sitting in a refrigerator. I was going to take them back since I can warm them at home but I will NOT be going back.
Took a 10-year-old for a donut. You can only order online or through the drive-thru, which I did not know. A few others arrived at the same as we did and they had planned on going inside also. We were disappointed that the Christmas decorated donuts are by the dozen only. ? We ended up only ordering a donut each and asked for a napkin. I was told they do not have any. How can you serve sticky donuts without napkins? Donuts were okay, they would have been better if fresh. Hopefully, next time!
This location is so run down and only for take out. There was no frozen latte in the morning. The staff got your order wrong and had an attitude. The Raspberry donut was way too sweet compared to the other location on Research Blvd. It was so disappointed.
I love there donuts.. the staff arent to friendly but I love the food so it equals it out I guess.. the food 5 stars the staff 1 star cause they suck at how they treat us
