Good service, quick, good portions and all wrapped up with many flavors. They won’t pamper you but will make sure you get what you need ? this is truly a great spot for lunch!
We ordered two soups and a seafood pancake. The food is amazing and authentic!
A little mom and pop shop selling tasty korean food. Tofu soup and side dishes were amazing! Galbi is a tad on the sweet side but still delicious. Definitely recommended.I visited and dine-in on April 2022 for dinner and it seems they are understaffed, so expect some slightly longer wait time for the food. If there’s one thing I’d like them to improve would be the selection of the side dishes.
Great food, mediocre service…My boyfriend and I were the only 2 in the establishment. The waitress that serviced us gave us this face and sighed when we asked for water and paper towels. When she returned she threw the paper towels on the dirty table instead of handing them over politely. I’m not sure what that problem was, it seems like she simply doesn’t like to work. I’m very disappointed due to the fact that the last time I was at the establishment I tipped the same waitress well.
Authentic Korean foods. Very good service!
Someone earlier referred to this restaurant as a "low-key strip-mall restaurant" and I agree with that statement. We had a "blood sausage soup" (lousy translation of the original Korean name of this soup) and "cod-egg soup" . Both meals were pretty nice portions and served in the appropriate bowls. Fairly authentic and tasted pretty good. Friendly, low keyed atmosphere.... Suprisingly good compared to the simple, no frills decor, furniture, etc...
Always a favorite when we visit Austin. It's not a fancy place, but the food is delicious and always served with plenty of sides. Service is always attentive and gracious!
I love this place. I’ve been here numerous times with my family, however this recent visit was very disappointing. I dined in and ordered the Bibimbop. Unfortunately halfway through my meal, there was a roach at the bottom of my bowl. Very disgusting to say the least.
Happiness in a Low-Key strip-mall resto.Seriously, at first blush you'd think of this as Yet Another Strip-mall Resto, but you'd be oh-so wrong! It's run by a couple who've probably been running for the last forever, they are totally friends, nice, happy to help, chat, hang out, or leave you alone - all depending on what you're looking for.The food is *excellent* (in a home-cooked kinda way, which makes it even more excellent!), they have *cold* beer, and all-in-all, it's the kinda place that you keep coming back to. Because, you feel the love, and that's what counts!
Great authentic Korean food. We tried the Galbi (short rib) and it tasted delicious. So savory and tender ? Definitely recommend!
