If i could give a ZERO i would. This is fkn ridiculous!I had to wait 30 minutes maybe even more for my order when i came for my lunch break, I had to rush back to work. On top of that i didn't even get what i asked for. Place looks really dirty. This is all we all we have around here. Uughh im so mad!Oh, and on top of that i found a roach!IM DONE EATING HERE!
No wonder why this place is not busy because the customer service is terrible. We order chicken we said 3 pieces and they gave us only 2. We already home when we found out that the order they gave us was wrong. The kfc we went was north and we live in south Austin. I did call many many time and nobody answer the phone!!!. What kind of costumer service you have guys! If you want your restaurant busy and got a lot of customers then guys the management should fix the issues about their phone calls that nobody answer it! I do not really like going this place because I can tell nobody is coming this place but my husband wanted their chicken which I do not like. MANAGEMENT SHOULD FIX YOUR PEOPLE AND ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS. I will never buy this place again.
In so many words this business is going down customer service stink you never have crispy chicken and the food taste different I don't know if it's the oil or the chicken .One day I came to your store ordered some food and the guy in the window hogged and spat out the window while I was about to pay for my food I drove off .I think this place would be better if your workers would be more compassionate with their job .
Two stars because they have chicken (that is the positive). The negative is that they offer mobile pickup, but then they do not actually allow for mobile pickup, they just lock the doors and tell you to go through the drive through. And after you have gone through the drive through they tell you to go to the front to pick up...come here if you want to wait 30 minutes for what should be a 2 minute process.
Ordered a original chicken wings but they were burnt to the Bone so they came out crispy. ? Check your order before you leave the drive-thru their biscuits are great and if you like gravy order a little thing of it. Maybe next time they'll do better ?
Hello yes I ordered some KFC for dinner tonight . I waited in a long line of 12 customers. The line went very fast and quickly due to The patience of the manager and his team . tonight they did an awesome job with there job Performance and satisfy each customer that came through the line… thank you all my food was very good an fresh..
You have to try the impossible nuggets. I couldn't believe it. They tasted so good.

To the manager; 2022-01-15 1:49pmThe guy taking my order was super helpful, he even suggested something else and i agreed to it., when went to the window the lady giving me my order was deaf and suffer from speech impediment… not one word, my order was wrong, no forks, missing the delicious jalapeños, no napkins, box was half open…. Disgusting service!!!!!
Terrible customer service and never received my food that I ordered through their KFC website. I ordered food to from that location with a scheduled pick up time at 8 PM when I arrived at 8 PM they said That they were closed even though Google says they’re open until 11 PM and they processed/charge my card for the food I never received. Never again will I utilize the KFC app/website to order food or use this location KFC. I will be attempting to call and speak with her manager tomorrow to try to get a complete refund.Order # 3120684
