I am not one to leave a negative review but the absolute worst drive thru EVER! Takes forever for ONE car to order food. The workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. To top it off, after waiting 30 minutes in a DRIVE THRU the chicken was not fully breaded and the food came out not fully prepared. Save yourself some time and do NOT come to this location.

This location in Cedar Park has the worst Customer service. The kids are rude, disrespectful and turn out horrible food.

Whatever crew working the afternoon shift on 4-13-22 deserves a raise a promotion and a company car. These employees did a great job striving to fry the chicken the way Colonel Sanders would have wanted. Colonel Sanders would have been extremely proud of his employees and paid them not just a living wage but 75% above a living wage. This crew of chicken frying masters deserves to own this chicken store. Thank you so much for giving me the spiritual experience of demolishing God's manna purely fried in the tears of Kentuckys greatest heros.employees

This KFC actually refused service to me today at the drive thru due to a reasonable request I made due to my disability. The lady asked for my order and when I started to respond that I wanted a 16 piece meal she started talking about a pepsi and mountain dew. When I responded that I didn't want a pepsi or mountain dew she rudely shouted at me to be quiet, that she was multi tasking and not talking to me. So I asked her to let me know when she can take my order. As a disabled older KFC customer my hearing isn't the best and these car audio systems are not amazing. I also can't see inside the store and could only assume she was still talking to me. Rather than finishing up her other task to take my order she starts yelling at me for her having to multi task because they are short staffed and that I was rude to her for making the reasonable request to take my order when she could focus on my order. I was fine patiently waiting for my turn. She told me I was done. I didn't actually know what that meant so I waited for her to take my order. Several minutes later several staff members came running out yelling at me and calling me names to leave. No one can multi task taking orders with the mic on without confusing the drive thru customer. Blaming the customer for your own fault and the staff shortages is ridiculous. I just drove to the Cedar Park KFC who had far more courteous staff and got the entire order right which this KFC never does. There are far better chicken options than this store. Regards Forever.

I was told they had no chicken. Really? Because I can see chicken in there. And what are the people behind me in the drive thru line ordering? Only sides? I don't think so. Guess you have to be special to get served here.

The location at 183 & Anderson Mill Rd is off my list for future visits. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, which included a chicken sandwich. I was told they were out of them, but if I'd wait about 10 minutes, they'd have more. I figured I could still get home on time, so I said okay, paid, and was told to park in the front. Three other cars after me must have ordered a chicken sandwich, or this KFC was out of chicken parts ready to fry, too.Ten minutes passed. Then twenty. One person who ordered just left. Three cars passed through the drive-thru and left. There was no walk-in traffic (I later saw that the doors were locked). So, four cars, including mine, we're waiting for our orders.Thirty minutes passed. I could see someone inside, boxing some orders. Finally! She then disappeared. A few minutes later, back to putting things in bags.FORTY MINUTES LATER (picture the SpongeBob thing for amusement), the woman gathered up a few orders and brought them out. She brought mine to me, and I left. Before leaving the parking lot, I put my hand in the bag and noticed that NOTHING was hot. Like, barely even warm!Is it poor management, or hiring slackers that caused a chicken place to run out of chicken ready to cook? It couldn't have been the mid-day rush, as there wasn't one. It's pretty obvious now that the place wasn't busy for a reason. Maybe they consistently forget to prep.Whatever the case, sorry, Colonel. FORTY minutes to put out four orders, and I'm sure mine wasn't the only one that was not even tepid. I don't know if other locations suck this bad, but if they do, it's no wonder Popeye's is kicking their butt.Ask for the food, the bun on my chicken sandwich had a nice taste. The chicken patty was bland. Definitely not like the other pieces with their 21 or whatever secret spices. I threw away my sandwich after two bites. Even microwaving it didn't make it any better. I tossed the fries, as they were like Steve Austin, and my roommate didn't bother with her order. I think the grackles decided they weren't hungry enough to peck at the chicken my roommate threw off the balcony to the dumpster.

I'm very thankful that they have vegetarian options now. Just tried the beyond chicken. It is too thick & dense & the breading ratio isn't great. Wish they'd use impossible chicken because beyond chicken does have an aftertaste to it. Would be much better if they had used the original 11 herbs & spices breading recipe, but they didn't for some reason. It still has a good crunch though. Fries are subpar, they should really bring back the potato wedges.

Order a large fry and they tasted like cardboard….inedible. 15 dollars for four piece combo chicken and large fry, and the food was barely edible. These places aren’t suffering because of staff shortages, they’re suffering because they have horrible food that is over priced. I hadn’t been to a kfc in a long time, and won’t be back.

No negative points for being short staffed and it taking a bit to get the food out. Understandable.What's not is the quality of the chicken. Most of the breading was gone, the color and smell were off ..even the texture was not "normal". Needless to say it was not eaten. Will not be back to this location. Ever.

Ordered a chicken sandwhich online and received 2 small chicken tenders on a bun when I picked it up. Attendant tells me she cant sub for chicken instead and to go to the website for a refund. No refund offered and a waste of time.
