Service was great but food was lacking. Really disappointed with the grilled octopus - only two overcooked legs for the "to share" plate at a $30 price point. Look at all the potatoes! I could've gone to Costco and make it myself (which I have done in the past). Pasta sauces lacked flavor and the noodles lacked texture. Only the marinara sauce seemed ok and seasoned well. Was really hoping for more but maybe we ordered the wrong dishes. The taste profiles were lacking overall and left a lot to be desired. Ambience was lovely though.
great food and the mgr John was very attentive

Juliet is always amazing. So happy they opened up this location. They have a great happy hour menu!
My first and second experiences with Juliet’s kitchen were fantastic at the Barton Springs location. Everything from the staff to the food was exceptional and we were very excited to try out the new location at the Arboretum. We called ahead about a month or so and got a reservation for 15 people as a birthday celebration. When we got about a week out I got a call from Sara Chapman asking very rudely if we still wanted our reservation. Completely surprised I said yes as no plans had changed. She then said she had been emailing and I didn’t answer, but never received any from here, turns out they had the wrong address. When texting she was very sarcastic when we asked about the fees associated with the room which we were never told about when we booked. The entire pre experience was bad and left a bad feeling for us.The day of experience was good. The server that tended to our room was great. Really helpful and quick with the service. The restaurant is beautiful and a bit nicer in this respect than the other one. The food didn’t compare. Everyone agreed that our food tasted better when we ate at the Barton Springs location. It wasn’t bad, we just went in with high expectations and it didn’t live up to it.Between our booking experience and the lower quality of food we probably would only return to the other location, but I’d say this place is still worth giving a try if you haven’t had the chance!
Juliet is fantastic! The appetizers, the food, the drinks, the desserts are all delicious and perfectly prepared. Make sure to have the espresso martini after dinner. you won't be disappointed (if you like boozy espresso)!
We arrived by 5pm just on time for our reservation. At 6.24pm we were approached by the manager while enjoying dinner and drinks and were asked to leave because they had another reservations. He was extremely rude and literally kicked us out. We paid the bill, left the drinks, took unfinished dinner to go, and left.
Highly, highly, highly recommend Juliet's! Fresh bread, excellent cocktails (Limencello Mule was SO good!) and they accommodated our large party. The service was the standout - our waitress was attentive and had great recommendations ready for the menu. Food was really great (mushroom Alfredo was excellent!) and well-priced. Thank you, Juliet, for a great experience!
Good service and great food. Weather was perfect for outside dining.
Great ambiance and bigger space than the downtown location. Attentive staff, but didn't help much in suggestions. The egg fig pizza was quite good. The spicy vodka pasta much less so. Chicken parm looked amazing but did not get to try it.
