Fascinating how bad the service here was.Took 28 minutes to get our smoothies, and there wasn't a long line. Drinks seemed to be coming out every 5 minutes. Looks like management is aware of the wait times, since the reviews going back a year all comment on the wait and the owner replies to these bad reviews. Maybe the store only owns 1 blender?Don't bother going unless you want to wait in the sun for 20 minutes.

Doesn’t matter if 1 or 10 people are in line, your drink will take 20 mins. Easily the slowest Juiceland in Austin. Staff cool though it’s strange

The juice is yummy but we had to wait 25+ minutes for our order to come out and it wasn't even that busy.... not sure what's going on....
Worst customer service time and time again. Rude when we order, most of the time the drink is wrong or they forget to make mine, then rude again when recieving the juice. Last time I come here.

Juiceland is an Austin staple that serves up a wide selection of smoothies that have more complex flavors than the competition.Two of my favorite are:- Morning Sunshine: a blend of pineapple, orange, banana, mango, goji berry, and local bee pollen- Berry Godmother: a blend of pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, goji berry, camu camu (a cherry-like fruit with a sour/tart flavor)Both contrast well and I enjoy them both equally. For me it just depends on if I'm craving something more balanced and tropical or something more sweeter and berry-flavored.All in all, I'm always satisfied when I come.
