Best staff and overall quality in comparison to all other Juicelands, except perhaps Burnet.
Juiceland Westland is my absolute favorite! The staff is so friendly - Marianne is sure to treat you like royalty! Be sure to ask Marianne if you’re unsure about what to order because she has never steered me wrong.
This is an Amazing Place!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, the juice is my go- to when I’m in Austin. So fresh and so healthy- I always leave with a smile on my face!!!!
Juiceland has the best smoothies in Austin... there I said it. I used to love Nekter, but even Nekter doesn't come close to Juiceland. Highly recommend!

My husband and I often discuss franchising a juiceland. It’s a magical juice shop that we get like every other day.
I’ve been going to Juiceland for 5 years now and this is by far the worst location in terms of turn around time and service. The cashiers cant hear orders or people on the phone and instead of turning the music down they just continuously apologize and ask for the person to repeat. Ridiculously hard to order here if not doing it via online. My drink took 30 minutes to make. When I asked them to check on it they apologized for the delay but I saw they had it sitting in the fridge. Calling out the orders continuously as the drinks are made is necessary to notify customers that their drinks are ready. This place needs improvement. While i’ll say the employees here are friendly it takes more than that to provide good customer service. They need to be better organized and customer experience oriented.
