We came here for lunch after walking around Lady Bird Lake last week. The service was good, we just ordered takeout. The parking lot was a little chaotic, there aren't a lot of spaces and some people were double parked. My husband ordered the flautas and he absolutely loved them. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and didn't think they were anything especially good.

All the tacos are great. The wait staff are very friendly. The water taste pretty good too

Never had there food but everyone says it's great food. Hopefully one day I'll be lucky to try them out.

Austin has many different Tex Mex restaurants to choose from... If you are looking for GREAT TEX MEX, hands down Juan in a Million is the place to go. From the start they had me with authentic, freshly made salsa with a flavorful kick of heat and hot and crispy chips. Perfect ice tea...Things only got better from there. We tried the carne guisada...fork tender beef tips in chili gravy, which was cooked to perfection, fresh hot corn tortillas with unbelievable charra beans and rice. Chicken enchiladas with a vibrant green tomatillo sauce, that we all agreed was the VERY BEST we had ever tasted. Perfectly seasoned chicken flautas that were crispy and delicious. 10 out of 10 will go again!!!We did wait for 25 min to get in... Not a bad wait for Saturday afternoon in Austin. I would gladly wait even longer for food this great! Oh and their homemade pecan pralines at checkout are not to be missed...they are simply divine.

Waited less than 40mins on a very busy Saturday. The service was initially slow once we were seated, but everyone was kind & attentive afterwards & I have absolutely no complaints. The food was incredible. I ordered the Don Juan—a combination of potato, egg, bacon and cheese (and of course obliged to extra tortillas). Fantastic portion size, wonderfully delicious combination [the bacon was cooked to perfection], and under $7. The coffee was really good & the chile (salsa) had a really nice kick to it. Will gladly be back to this Austin staple [EDIT: I am lucky to live here!]. Juan in a Million lives up to the hype & its name. ¡Gracias!

My 3 boys and I had "brunch" there last Sunday morning. We arrived about 10am and had a 40 minute wait, which only got longer after that. Two had a breakfast item and two of us had enchiladas. The sauce on the enchiladas was good, but I've certainly had better. One boy's migas was dry and he said bland, having to add a lot of salsa. The chips and salsa were ok. So, I don't think I'd wait in line 40 minutes again to eat here with all the other great places in Austin.

I took my family to Austin on a quick BBQ vacation, and normally don't eat breakfast, but heard about this place and thought I would give it a try. I'm sure glad I did! This place was great, and probably the best food value on my trip. Four breakfast tacos filled the whole family (only one of us finished the Don Juan). Great food, clean restaurant, nice people, great prices! Definitely will be back!

Food was good but in the pictures that attracted me to this place for me was the plate serving I saw. It was not offered if that’s there hook for this restaurant. We ordered tacos and even though the food was good I stayed a bit hungry and the plate serving I saw other people order would have been better. Offering your signature plates for people who have never been here would have made us want to come back. And the servers don’t come back. Also know that each taco is $4 but it’s just an average size. So get the plate serving!!!!!!!

Second time at the place. It’s been years. I ordered, Don Juan Taco Grande, make sure you get extra tortillas. My wife ordered Migas Taco with cheese and a Beef Fajita Taco. My friends ordered the enchilada plate and a carne asada taco. All these items were too notch! Still is the best in Austin hands down! Authentic taste & excellent value for your money! A perfect spot for breakfast tacos in east Austin and more. Nice outdoor patio and comfy indoors. I definitely recommend this restaurant! I need to come more often!

We went here for lunch after reading an article that said it was voted the best Tex-Mex food in Austion. We agree the food was good. The building or should I say two old houses combined was a little of a surprise. The service and value were excellent.
